A big shout out to the crew at Mod Living Spaces. Even on a Sunday, they answered my questions. They had patience with me as a do-it-yourselfer. They provided great support and pricing. I removed a gas fireplace and installed a Modern Flames RS-3626. The only misunderstanding was on my part as to how the additional trim kit was to be installed. I thought I could trim it to fit into the recess of the bricks but finally figured put these trim kits are made to go onto a finished surface. I finished the opening in black and the unit set right in place. Excellent product and very easy to install. I did have to return the extra 4" trim kit and they provided a refund very quickly.
Follow-up 5 months later. I had a small issue with the fireplace and there were still super helpful!

I was looking everywhere for a ventis wood burning unit that I could not find anywhere. I called Mod Living Spaces, got in touch with Felix, and he immediately had information i needed. The unit is originally was looking for, still out of stock but Felix came up with a solution in the snap of a finger. We ended up ordering an Osburn which came in 3 days!! He also was able to get the best price available too, which saved us and our customers money! Customer service rep Louis was also amazing! Very fast response and so nice! I have about 3 more stoves lined up to order tomorrow through them. If I could rate 10 stars, I would! Thank you Mod Living Spaces for making my work life so much easier!!!

Very good company with a strong customer service. Purchased a gas log set and Felix made sure everything was what I needed. With a simple phone call I was able to purchase a Vermont Castings Encore wood stove in Bordeaux red. The stove was delivered in pristine condition, very well packaged. Hands down the best shopping experience I've ever had. I called to place my order since I wanted to ask about the shipping timeline. Felix was incredibly helpful. I wanted my fireplace to arrive as quickly as possible (I'm in the middle of a remodel and my installer's supplier wasn't able to source for 4-6 weeks!). He said he'd call the warehouse as soon as we hung up, hoping it would arrive in 2-3 days (vice the 3-5). Amazingly enough, it showed up the next day (less than 24 hours after the order was placed!). Unfortunately, it was damaged. I called Felix and he was apologetic and worked to remedy it quickly. So quickly, that I had a replacement in my house only another 24 hours later. This time, the fireplace was 100% perfect. I dealt with Felix throughout the entire transaction and he was more than helpful. Their prices are great, but more importantly, their customer service is sincerely the best I've experienced. So much so that even my installer wanted their information. You will not be disappointed doing business with them!
