I would give this store zero stars if I could. Years ago when they had a location on Oliver I thought it was just the old building but it is clearly management because they have made their beautiful new building just as bad over the years. I don't think I've ever been in a store so dirty and disgusting. Thick dirt on top of everything, including in the bathroom. Pieces of trash and paper everywhere. Even a dirty teeth flosser in one of the aisles. Bolts of fabric hanging on the filthy floor. Boxes and other miscellaneous all over the store, making it difficult to even get a cart around at places. And another thing, do they have any dress code The lady that cut my fabric had jeans on with the hems mostly tore off and dragging on the floor behind her. Shelves were very very understocked. All in all, a very bad experience.

Place looks like a bulldozer has ran back and forth through it.
This location should close it's doors!!
Manager is rude, can't find anything items are just everywhere, the store is filthy🤷‍♂️

Came in Sunday to get some craft supplies and the store was a disaster half the lights are burnt out and felt very gloomy in there. I couldn’t get down some isles due to pallets and boxes scattered thru out the store i don’t think I walked down 1 isle that didn’t have a box on the floor or product all over the floor

JOANN Fabric helped us create the most memorable displays for a charity event. Wonderful selection of fabrics to Glitter letters, greenery, stickers. Flags, mirrors, ribbons, foam etc. You can find anything and everything at JOANNs.

Was looking for an item that I couldn't find, she found it easily. The cashier then asked if I had a coupon and helped me better locate coupons on the site. Both were knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. Best experience I've had at Joann's so far!

Got fabric that was on sale. Real cheap! They were quick at the cutting table even though there were like 10 people ahead of me. The fabric selection is Great! Lots of beautiful patterns. Employees were very helpful and nice. Found everything I was looking for. I'm making a dog bed with this super cute and soft fabric!

They always have great coupons and excellent customer service. The staff is always willing to help. Now they have WSU material and fleece. I couldn't ask for more!
