We took our grandson to buy a fishing pole. They had many to choose from. They quickly put line on the reel he picked out for free. This place is just fun with a shooting arcade, fish pond/tank, and many animals to view!

How can I describe Bass Pro? !!!
Speaks, but most importantly write The “TRUTH”, my English teacher used to say that and i am sure this is my accurate way of describing Bass Pro
Bass Pro is the Sportsmen and Sportswomen, and outdoor adventurers’ ultimate wet dream! Chances are I will get a call from their communications office for writing or they nag to google 😉 … But, it IS!

We walked in today (12-6-24) with the intent to buy a boat. After walking around the boats for a few minutes, a skinny young guy asked us from his chair what we needed. We told him we wanted to look at boats and he told us where to go outside to see them and never got out of his chair. We then went to fishing department and couldn’t get any help finding fly reels. A guy working over there walked right past us and we had to stop him and ask where they were. He walked and pointed at a cabinet and never said a word. We left the store and will never return to this store. We are buying a boat from another local dealer. Absolutely ridiculous customer service and the prices are out of line. The greeter at the door was very nice.

I went in to Bass Pro Shops in Broken Arrow, OK and as always it's a pleasure to be there! I went up to the Archery section and the associate was there helping someone. I had browsed around and Reed came up after the other customer left and found me, asked if I needed any assistance or anything. Being very new to Archery, his wealth of experience and expertise was phenomenal! This is the type of person Big box stores need! He certainly brings the "Pro" to BPS! I left that area and was looking at ground blinds (the real reason I was there) and they had two hanging. I didn't see any others set up. I had kinda compared what was there and walked away to browse while thinking. When I came back "Caleb" (Manager) asked if I was doing alright or needed anything. I left my feedback regarding Reed and said that I would have loved to see the blinds opened up, but I understood. Caleb asked which one I was looking at, then offered to open and set up the blind so I could see it. He moved shelves to make space and took time out to help me while being asked other things by other associates. I took that blind home. And am very happy with my experience at BPS Broken Arrow. The team is amazing there, the knowledge of the staff, and the atmosphere is great! Thank you so very much!

Poor customer service at the gun counter. Zero customer service, stood there for nearly 25 minutes before being asked if anyone had helped me. I came to pick up a gun, didn’t know I needed to sign in on the kiosk, that would’ve been nice to know as soon as I walked up to the counter.
I was told to bring my receipt & license to pick up my firearm after waiting 4-5 days for background check. Oh no, it’s much more than that. You have to go through a whole other process which takes 2-3 associates standing over each other at the laptop to make sure they’re doing everything correctly. Since when does it take this long to get a firearm after background is cleared?
Ended up getting a refund, I’ll buy elsewhere. It is not worth the hassle- maybe if the employees had somewhat decent customer service skills.
This place is a joke, management should be embarrassed. We are definitely not the first to have this experience- check out the other reviews lol. What a shame.
P.S- buy your guns elsewhere. We will be doing the same for everything else from here on out.

My husband called Basspro for some parts he needed for one of his scopes so he could assemble it to his gun and they told him to bring the gun and they could match it up so we drove 40 miles and went to Basspro and of course they didn’t have what he needed even though they said they did and to bring the gun up. Just check your facts thoroughly before answering yes to anything.
