This store has a nice selection of athletic appearal and a little bit of sporting goods but it's mostly appearal. Its very nice and clean.... if you're looking for Stanleys, they have Stanleys for days!!!

Made an order online for store pickup because the website said they had the shoes I needed in stock at this location. Order was canceled within 10 mins. I thought it mightve been a mistake because the order was canceled so soon so i called. They said it's because they didn't have the shoes in stock. Well why does your website say you do then? Also it was canceled in less than 10 mins, did you guys even try looking for it? Team member sounded like he didn't really want to help and or explain. Was eager to get off the phone. Terrible. Just Terrible

Worst customer experience! The manager will not honor what her employees told me. they have 20% off on Air force today. When my 7 years old daughter picked the shoes to go check out the manager will honor it. Start arguing with me front the customers. Need to train your manager to be nice to your customers the one who pays your employees salary and bills!

The staff was helpful, but not overly presumptuous. There are little help buttons all over the store, so when you do want to speak to someone... press the button. They had what we needed! Yeah.

Nice looking clothes. Prices are way too high. I drove right across the parking lot to Target and got similar clothing items for less than half the price.

Just picked up an item at this place. Won’t be back to this one. No one in line I walked up and the guy asked if he could help me. I said I need to pick something up and get $100 gift card.
He put my item on the counter. Some other people walked up behind me, went to the other register, and he said I’ll get your gift card in a minute. I’m like wait a minute I said nothing he walked over to take care of the other people there. That came up after me. I guess their money is better than mine. I waited a couple of minutes while they chatted and said forget it. He didn’t care about helping me. Hmmmmm. Didn’t get the name but he was prolly 6’4”. I won’t be back to broken arrow store ever.
I know he doesn’t care. He could’ve easily told the other people I’ll be with you in just a minute and finished with me but no, he decided to leave me hanging and go help them. Interesting probably knew them. Anyway I left I will get $100 gift card someplace else won’t be Dick’s.

Not the best, but not terrible either. The employees didn't seem to know what shoes they were carrying when I went in looking. Later I asked one of the cashier's for help with a cup from the display and she was too busy to help.
