Helly Hansen warranties are legit! This store swapped a 2 yr old jacket with broken zipper for a brand new jacket… free, no questions asked!! Amazing service!! Will never use another ski brand.

Had a warranty issue with my Ullr Powder Suit that was taken care of on the spot with zero issues. Store manager Matias was extremely helpful. My expectations were that, if lucky, the jacket would be sent out, and if warrantied, another would be shipped to me weeks later. Matias looked over my jacket, took it back and slid me into a fresh new suit without haste. Another example of how Helly’s product guarantee and warranty are top tier. Matias’ product knowledge was sublime, and his approach was easy going and practical.

I’m a merchant mariner by trade, and have always been loyal to the brand for my foul weather gear and snow sport equipment. Whether it’s blowing a gale on the pacific or thigh deep powder in the Rockies, HH will always be my go to. Y’all got a customer for life🤙🏽

Very nice store with helpful staff. I visited my last night in town before flying out and accidentally left my button down flannel shirt there. Spoke with the store manager (Mia) the next day and she mailed it back to me - awesome customer service!
