My cousin and I went to Ross Christmas Eve around 7 pm. When we went to check out the lady stopped to talk to the other cashier and said that the jacket that was labeled 13 dollars was the wrong label and that she would give my cousin the jacket $29.00 . She then told us that people switch out the whole tags to steal and get a deal as if we were the ones that would do that . Omg that was embarrassing. During the interaction my cousin inspected the jacket and saw that the tag was labeled jacket and floral and the jacket itself had floral on it, so the cashier said she could have it , but can’t return it. I also looked up the color on the tag and it was the same color as the jacket, so they were wrong and didn’t even apologize. Also my cousin and I went to the Ross on Pacific and we saw more of the jackets there and they were all 13 dollars.

Very helpful and friendly employees. Found the bedding I needed very quickly: Queen sheets with pillowcases. The price tag said "elsewhere $40.00"... paid only $17.99. Very satisfied with this store and location. Ample parking versus the nearest Walmart, which was very crowded!

I have been waiting to try some clothes on, so I asked if the fitting room is open. Loss prevention says it will open in 10 minutes, she’s on break. It’s been closed since I walked in the store ,about 3:20pm. Here is 4:00pm I’m about to go in she went to bathroom

Horrible customer service and only 2 cashiers were open and the 2nd were the manager and I complained to her that you needed more cashiers to have because of the long line and waiting time was too long and her response was if you don't like it then don't come here. Is this how you will treat customer.

The staff is too rude , i went with my husband ,, lady standing near the try room,, she start arguing with me on hangers,, she knew that am pregnant but still start talking with me in rude language,, i want that ross manager or whoever is running that store they should fire her bcoz she gave me really hard time bcoz of her i went to hospital. Am making sure that i filed a complaint against her. Too rude staff ,, worst service. They don’t deserve any star.

If u r black or of Latino-decent born in US do not visit this store. Eventhough some staff are black I.e. Loss prevention and some floor staff, they will follow u like creeps and refuse to provide store cash refunds with receipt. Tell them to look at the cameras that u bought those items and they do and they just give store credit Eventhough u have receipt. They discriminate English speaking minorities. They have the ugliest faces like they don't want to work there. There is an afghan lady that will defer minorities to other staff. They are Racists. Avoid at all costs. Mister Orlando who is black was realizing that her coworker Estrella who is a man/woman was doing too much by scrutinizing the receipt even cameras show I bought and mister Orlando was gracious enough to admit store credit is the most that can be done. I appreciate he was cognizant but I took what I can get having a clear conscience I bought those items with my hard earned cash. Mister Orlando needs to train his coworkers and also needs a brush up on cash refunds policies
