I came to A&A Vesa while in Bucharest looking for a leather jacket. My partner is Romanian and his family had very positive comments about this store. We stopped by a little before closing around 6:30pm on a Monday afternoon. The store looks small but they have a surprisingly varied selection of different leather jackets (colors, styles) as well as fur jackets, or even both (!) that are beautiful and look so stylish. They also had a selection of winter hats, slippers, leather wallets, belts, etc. I was amazed and wish I could buy multiple things in the store. The woman who was working at the time was so nice and super patient. She let me try a lot of items and gave me advice on what size I should purchase. I only speak elementary Romanian and she did not speak English so my partner helped us translate so you might need a translator if you cannot speak Romanian. I found a jacket I loved but they did not have it in my size. However, she was very helpful and offered to call us the next day after communicating with the factory to see if they had one already made. Luckily, I got a text the next day telling me that it would be ready for us to pick up before leaving Bucharest, which I was really happy about! I spent so much time trying on different things that I also found a winter hat that I liked and will be using for this upcoming winter. My boyfriend bought a pair of black leather winter gloves that were very stylish and warm. Everything has amazing quality and the prices are reasonable. If you want any leather or fur products, this is a perfect place to go and I highly recommend it. The customer service was friendly and the selection you find here is so unique and high quality! I wish more people knew about this place. Don’t miss a chance to visit if you can while you are in Bucharest.

Un magazin de blaniri românești de care sunt mandra !
Mi am cumparat o haina frumosa si m au ajutt cu multa rabdare in alegerea celui mai bun model.
Pentru ca am cerut o alta marime si nu o aveau pe stoc, au găsit soluții sa o aducă din alt magazin
Modelele din magazin sunt foarte frumoase, de o calitate exceptionale și preturile sunt accesibile.
Cele 2 doamne care lucrează acolo sunt diplomate și știu sa se poarte cu clienții.

I have kindly ask the representative that I would seek some more information with regards the alteration of the shearling jacket and more particularly I've asked with regards the length of the sleeve and and if it can be alterated. I have totally changed my mind over waiting for a long period of time for them to get back to me so I did ask for a refund. Vesa you should improve your customer service representative’s as their not even answering to the customers on time, not offering proper solutions and options that you might have.

Un magazin as putea spune micut, dar cu multe produse de calitate. Personalul atent cu clienții, amabil și te ajuta în alegerile pe care le faci. Poți comanda în cazul în care nu găsești mărimea ta. Magazinul oferă produse atat de dama cat si bărbătești. Recomand.
