The new cashier who is young and ignorant who was extremely disrespected and rude from the moment I entered the store. He screamed and yelled for me to place my personal bag that I carry all my personal belongings and personal information. He makes this store look awful hopefully the manager will seek better solutions. If someone took my bag, he would not be able to recover my personal belongings. At the least he could have asked in an assertive and respectful way.

This 711 SUCKS! So dirty... homeless loitering/strung out and out front harassing people for money. Customer service sucks. The employees smell like BO and hardly speak English. Also this location isn't 24 hours... they close from 2am-4am. Sadly this is the closest location to my home so go figure....

Horrible customer service. A couple of weeks ago I purchased a glass jar Tostitos cheese dip along with other things. After a couple of days when I opened the cheese, i realized it had already been opened. The lid seal was popped. I returned it and spoke with Noman, he didn’t understand what I was referring to. I compared it to another and he eventually, though frustrated, put mine on the shelf gave me the new one and just walked away. I grabbed more products and checked out. 1st I was charged for the cheese, after explaining to the female cashier of the exchange, I paid and left. I didn’t realize that she had taken the cheese out. I came in today and spoke with both of them, she doesn’t understand, he remembers but lies and insists that he gave it to me, walked me out and I didn’t purchase anything else. I’m sure my 711 account shows differently. Also they do not supply baskets. Always have to find something or make multiple trips to counter.

Must not be doing well cuz they started being racist and trying to jump on the homeless. Went there and some officer walked over to the store I was going and watched threw the window like I was an absolute criminal. When I went to go grab a drink some Indian lady came flying over there as if I stole all the belongings out her personal home. Then you see an Amazon drop box center in newly put in there. Everytime you get this weird behavior they're not doing well, need money and need someone to blame. Cop disappeared out of guilt on my way out. Also dude tried not to give me my receipt. Also another sign is over staffing and movement in the store. It's to create an illusion. These people need someone to blame lol 11/26/2023 2:45pm. The number 1 goal is to get rid of poverty on earth and that means these people and their behavior

My first experience here I was being refused my order placed via the 7-11 app because they insisted it had to be through UberEats. I decided against my better judgment to come here once more, and the cashier didn’t acknowledge me, allow me to use the app for points or give me a receipt. The reason for not being attended to? The attendant was more focused to the music blasting through his phone while scrolling social media. What a joke of an establishment

Almost floored the little Indian. Picked up an Amazon package, literally just took it out of the storage locker when a female worker accused me of stealing & immediately yelled to another to stop/seize me. Will report to Amazon but after showing the package, the little guy backed away (believe it’s family operated/ owned and will refrain the use of “India”, 7/11 only hires India people, probably the most bigoted franchise).

To representative, I’ve already put in a complaint to Amazon, I don’t tolerate being harassed for just picking up an Amazon package. If your store management is so paranoid about Amazon customers being thieves, then hire a security guard to stand by the lockers or remove the lockers all together. I do have one more package coming which is out of my control of where shipped but if one of your employees threatens me again I will abandon and report to Amazon. Other than this last shipment, all future purchases will be re-routed.

Just came here to buy some ramens...lol one of my fav snacks. And they have all the flavors I was looking for. The cashier rang me up right away and was very nice. Also there are a few homeless people who hang out here and are very nice didn't bother me and held the door open for me. I'm only giving 4 out of 5 though because they seem understaffed and if I were to ask for something they wouldn't be able to help without the one and only employee stopping what he's doing, but other than that it's fast and really easy to find everything.

hello ladies stay away from this 711, Literally the men cashier's are all racist and they will steal and add extra taxes to the products you are buying I noticed this happen often. The night shift especially They want to act like they can't speak English and will conversate about you in their own language and laugh Infront of your face. They act like they don't understand English,they also don't speak it because I ask them questions and they just laugh. The day and night shift have terrible costumer service! They won't be getting none of my money anymore. Go somewhere else especially if your local like I am! Alot of homeless and they don't do nothing about it they look at regular people than they do with the homeless, when we know the homeless steal from them n! I really hope they close this 711! Alot of bad experiences.
