Decent hotel but quite run down and the rooms were dirty. The manager was helpful and we got the room we requested and parking is free. But the hotel itself is pretty old and dirty. Owners should clean the property more often

This review is for my Dad. He is not really tech-savvy. He asked me to leave a review for this establishment. Off the top the service was amazing, very welcoming and helpful. He loves the location, not a lot of heavy traffic, with it being so close to LAX, but this made his trip very convenient.

We needed a last minute place close to LAX, this one was affordable and had good reviews. ||Our room was small, dark and smelled like very strong, heavy cleaning products. The bathroom didn’t have a real shower, just a curtain and drain on the floor. We inspected the mattress as we do in all hotels and it was covered in stains, along with the bedding and blankets. ||They offered us a new room but the mattress but worse than the first one. We didn’t want to stay so they gave us a refund and we went elsewhere (cleaner but more expensive). The lady at the front desk and manager were understanding about it and gave us no trouble. But I personally wouldn’t stay here.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
The room was not well cleaned with crumbs on the floor. The first room they put me in had water all over the floor as the fridge was leaking.
The lady at the front was very nice and understanding but the manager is awful. I was told I could have a late checkout and then an hour to the agreed upon time, he knocked at the door and told me I had 5 minutes to get out or pay $40. Very poorly managed.

The owners are super nice and very polite. My husband and I stayed for 8 days the next time we go to LA, we'll definitely stay again. The rooms were on the smaller side, but they were cozy and clean. The housekeepers were friendly and very polite and respectful. I definitely recommend the LyfeInn

Clean rooms, helpful and quick check in. Main concerns: room did not smell good at all. A mix of urine and smoke. Also, the lights outside the room are SO bright and the slats on the window don’t close well (our were also broken) so I was extremely happy to have brought a sleeping mask. Otherwise it felt like daylight.
Comfortable beds, no extra blankets or pillows in room.

Very dirty rooms! I was given two and they were both not clean. I decided to leave. The beds had what we thought to be boogers & crumbs. (Small Green crust) i would never be comfortable sleeping on sheets that a stranger slept in. The toilet was dirty from the last use. There was hair all over the bed sheets that were stained. There was juice residue from a cup on the side table. Crumbs all over the desk and crust on the side. I’m not sure why any reviews say 5 stars. I’m starting to believe they’re fake reviews. The rooms smelled. The front desk was a kind lady. But the manager must be delusional to believe the rooms were acceptable. Please do not waste your money or time on this filthy place.I’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels and I have never seen anything like it!
