One car was at the Drive Thru window for over 20 minutes, with others, including me, backed up and unable to move. I don't know what the problem was, but IMO the Drive thru should not be for drop off and wait RX's. Those customers should be politely asked to park and go into the store and wait ar perhaps use the the pickup spaces.

I was frustrated & almost got furious this afternoon at this Walgreens E. Glenoaks branch.

My husband had his passport ID photo taken last Aug. 22. at 4:36pm & apparently had to leave at once after paying as he had an appointment to catch.

I went back today Aug. 25 at around 12:30pm to pick up his photo. Anna was the one who first attended to me. She just looked in 2 places & told me it’s not there. & then she said my husband has to come back to have his photo taken again. She even told me they don’t give out the label (I had with me) to the customer because they might lose it which is a lie ‘coz when I had mine taken a few weeks back, the person who took my photo also gave me the label to pay. Though I stayed & waited for my photo as I was free that day.

Anna then left me at the counter & proceeded to the shelves to fix items & chat with another employee. It’s so annoying that even if I went back to the photo counter, she didn’t bother to come talk to me so I went to her after a few minutes to ask her if she can come check again since it’s only been 3 days…& I didn’t think & know that they shouldn’t throw it away so soon as they know the customer paid for it. I even told her that we need that photo to submit with a visa application tomorrow & my husband is not available today. but she said the same thing: that my husband should have it re-taken.

I then asked for help from this guy, Edward, & told him what happened. Thanks to him & his willingness to help…he immediately said it’s probably still in the system( he is smart ). So yes, it is still there so he retrieved my husband’s photo & printed it. Thanks to him we will be able to submit our application tomorrow. 5 stars for your employee, Edward.

I hope the manager can re-orient Anna about the photo department process & not dismiss a customer just like that.

used Walgreens Pharmacy service today. Their was no line(saturday, 5:40pm) , my medications weren’t ready, but the asian lady who attended me at the register got my prescription ready in about 5min. She was kind too.

The customer service is horrible. The sales people try to ignore customers and avoid helping. One was on the cell phone another dissapear in the back room, while two of the customers were looking for help. I became angry with their attitude. What kind of traing do they get?

Walgreen is a great store from the pharmacy to household services. I really like buying cosmetics there. The price and quality are excellent 👍🔥

The store is good but there is alwaaaays huge line and just one cashier. I wish they had more staff

Amazing service here! I needed canvas prints for an event I was hosting for my brand, and another Walgreens location fell through.
