I've been to a couple different outlet stores and this is one of my favorites. For one, it's one of the few left in this strip. It also has a great selection for being an outlet store. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and went out of their way to make sure I was taking full advantage of the deals going on, which actually ended up getting me more items for less price overall! I would recommend checking this out if you're in the area.

Even though it was Black Friday and the store was beyond busy, the staff looked for sizes for me. They asked me if I needed them find a size and not that I had to ask them! They also told me about ordering the items I really wanted but they did not have in stock with their in store ordering thing. It had some issues getting working but in the end I got the same discount as in store. Everyone I interacted with were willing to help and did not seem stressed out while working in a mad house. Wonderful job!

Very impressed with how clean everything was. On a Thursday night we went in and noticed that it said 40% off for Frontline workers and I am currently one of them workers. So it was on top of the already 20% off that they were giving for the items. So I will definitely be giving you my business to them by far over Nike or other brands. Very good quality with the clothing that we purchased. The fitting rooms were very spacious and clean. Will definitely be shopping again

Josh is excellent, the other 5 employees working at 7:45 on Wednesday Sept. 29, 2021 do not represent the brand well at all. When we walked in at approximately 7:30 there were no other customers in the store and the 6 employees were all chatting at the cash registers, none of them greeted us or offered to help when we walked in at 7:30. My son was looking for a specific pair of sweat pants but couldn’t find a medium in that style so I walked to the cash registers and asked if there was a medium hiding somewhere else in the store. Josh politely chimed right up and said he would go look in the back. One of the other two guys rudely said that there are none in the back. Josh said he wanted to look anyway and the other guy mumbled something inaudible but clearly rude. The three ladies didn’t say anything, in fact they didn’t say or do much of anything the entire time. My son and I followed Josh towards the back of the store and while he was looking in the back I looked and saw that the mannequin was wearing a medium. Josh emerged from the back and said he couldn’t find a medium, then I told him the mannequin had a medium. He happily took the medium off the mannequin. As I went towards the cash registers, he stayed behind to dress the mannequin again. But the 5 other employees were goofing off, the two guys were actually chest bumping in the northeast corner of the store. Josh had to stop what he was doing and come to the cash registers to complete the purchase. I thanked Josh for being a great employee and walked out. It should be noted that Josh never talked down about his coworkers and maintained a positive attitude throughout. The three ladies didn’t do anything, literally nothing. The two other two guys are lazy, disrespectful and extremely unprofessional.

Selection is constantly rotating. Sale prices make it better than department stores by far. When I needed a different size, the associate walkied to the back, found out the size wasn't available. They ordered it online with the sale price and got it to my house 3 days later with free shipping.

I went to exchange some items. The employees were less than helpful. I waited 10 minutes for the gentalmen behind the register to get to our family. (He was folding underwear talking to a friend)
After he got to us and put our balance on a gift card we were finally ready to shop. My daughter need to go to the bathroom
When I asked where the bathrooms were another employee folding clothes right next to us was very rude telling us to go somewhere else!
I understand that you may not offer a public bathroom, but there was no need to be that rude!!!!
