A great variety of used name brand items you can buy for less the price, even some NEW items! There are frequently additional sales/deals on items. Further, Autumn is an amazing person! Very kind, giving and compassionate. She was always very helpful and friendly every time I came into the store.
During one shopping trip, I bought a pair of Day Trip jeans. I was unfamiliar with the brand but liked the way they looked. The cashier talked about what an awesome deal this was on a pair of Day Trips. When I got home, I looked up how much this particular style of Day Trips was, curious by her comment. I found I had paid the cost of what it would be to buy the pair new. Additionally, a few too many times I later found items I had bought either had a preexisting rip or stain on them, which has deterred me from making future purchases. Overall, the majority of my experiences and clothing purchases were good. I would just urge caution in checking pricing and going over items thoroughly before purchasing, since most are used after all!

This place had a variety of everything and I was thoroughly impressed. The owner was also super nice and doing a coat giveaway for those in need. That is very admirable of her as someone who seeks to provide reasonably priced clothing to her consumers. If I ever return to Wisconsin, I’m definitely returning because I found some good things here and I always love when the environment is welcoming. Some of the stuff was kinda pricey, but it was good quality items.

The owner, Autumn, is extremely approachable. Her kindness and generosity extends widely into the community.

As for the store, I have had great luck finding name brand clothing, shoes, and purses at affordable prices. Also, I have consigned with the store. I felt that I received a value that was good for their business but also good for me. She does store credit or cash!

I highly recommend shopping here. You feel as if you’ve walked into a boutique. (Just without the high end price tag)

Some prices are great and others are out of line. They post pics online of the walls to bring people in and then when you want to see them or buy them you are told you can't. So display the things to bring people in and then don't sell them?! That's weird. I was told to come back in a month. Well I wanted something for a different occasion sooner than that so I guess I'll go elsewhere. I shop at other stores that seem to want the business more

My granddaughter was home from college for Thanksgiving. She was looking for a Christmas sweater to take back to school. Fell in love with one on mannequin in window. We were told she couldn't purchase it until the week before Christmas when they change the window display. Employee said they'd call her then. Also black Friday discount wouldn't be honored then. How difficult can it be to put a different sweater on a mannequin? Poor customer service. Never going back.

I have come here a couple times before and have had good experience..HOWEVER, today was not very good, i came in around 10:30 ish am and I was only person in store, i asked to try on a dress on a mannequin and I was told by one of the associates that they dont like to do this unless they have something else to put on it. I am sorry but if I am the cutomer and she was very rude and crabby, if u dont like working there get a different job but dont take it out on customers!!!!!!!!..I may NOT return sad to say i like it here.

Autumn's Closet is a wonderful place great prices for womans clothing, shoes and accessories. The staff is always amazing and willing to help find an outfit for any occasion. I shop and sell here often with 5 girls a mom needs a great place to go with better than other thrift store prices.
