I recently purchased a 2024 Breakout at Open Road Harley Davidson. I had no previous experience with this dealership so I was walking in completely neutral.. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by Heather and Pat the experience was great! I was given a quick tour of the dealership and then allowed to look around on my own. Will was very friendly and helpful when he approached me near the new bikes. The whole team was very nice, helpful and accommodating. Jason did a nice job interacting then following up and Alana was very helpful getting the deal wrapped up.Scott delivered the bike and was ready to answer any questions during the process. Let me start by saying, it's rare that I write reviews, good or bad. From my initial phone call to the store, my visit and then my departure, Open Road Harley- Davidson delivered. The level of customer service exceeded expectations. I was traveling for business in the Wisconsin area and was looking for a few specific HD T-Shirts. Much to my surprise the phone was answered by a gentleman named Jason, he was very polite and informed me that a nice lady named Jacki, would take good care of me. I believe he was the GM. My interaction with Jacki reminded me of a required reading in a marketing class at FSU in 1986. The class was taught by the Director of Tourism for the State of Florida. The book was called "Moments of Truth", it is about, how your employees deal with your customers/guests/patrons. Jacki asked me a few simple questions, then kindly asked to give her a few minutes. Within 5 minutes she gathered a few shirts, snapped some pics then text me on her phone. Wow!!!! This alone made me drive the 45 minutes out of my way, to make the purchase. I anticipated buying only 1 T-Shirt for my son, needless to say I purchased 3. Thanks again Jacki, you made my day!

I purchased a 2016 street bob last week and it was probably one of the best buying experiences I’ve had. They were able to work with me to get the most on my trade in. The staff was also very friendly. They even delivered my new bike and took my old bike so I didn’t have to worry about transportation! Would definitely recommend buying your next bike from open road!

Just bought two bikes from them and the experience couldn't have been better. Friendly people each and everyone that we spoke to.

We felt like family by the time we were done. Pat was our salesman and answered our questions with ease, Jason also was there to help out with our barge of questions as these were our first HDs, we've been Goldwingers for the last 30 years.

When we agreed that we were doing the deal for two bikes, they went to work and actually got us a better deal than we agreed on. ( who does that?) Open Road Harley did it for us.

Once they got us that deal, Alina went through all the financing, so we knew exactly what to expect. Then we went to parts, and Missy and Kyle guided us through getting some bling and upgrades. Then Dan in service explained everything as he wrote the installation of our new bling.

And I can't leave out Heather, who was my first point of contact when I called to set us up coming up there to see the bike. And contacted us to make sure we made it home safely the next day.

And I didn't mention that we were from Illinois and drove over 180 miles to see these bikes and do this deal.

I have been on the fence for several years about pullin the trigger on a street glide. I wanted a used bike that already had the bars, stretched bags, and exhaust that I wanted. Heather at open road would message me every few months to see what my thoughts were and give me updates on used bikes they had. Heather sent me a photo of a used 2019 street glide special that pretty much checked my boxes and I made the 3.5hr drive to check it out. Pat gave me the specs and showed the bike to me. Pat also worked with me to make the deal with Jason to make this happen. Cant forget Mikey in parts I wanted the tall boy seat and passenger backrest and he got me all set up. Mikey is extremely knowledgeable across the board on all Harleys so if you need parts or accessories give him a call. Over the years they kept in touch but weren’t pushy like a lot of dealers and that’s why I choose to by my bike from Open Road!

A great and welcoming place to buy a motorcycle from. The team here was kind to answer all of my many questions, and very patience with me even those we finished closing the deal after closing time on a Friday night. Once you decide to purchase, the whole staff gets involved with you to work out any other details that you may need with your purchase. From any future service, to any accessories you need, even Winter storage until the next Spring. Unfortunately the only names I remember are Will, Alana, and Heather (my apologies to the rest of the great staff) but a super team to do business with!

I had the best experience ever with Open Road HD. My adventure began about 3 weeks ago when me and a group of friends stopped in while out on a ride. When I walked in, I was greeted by an extraordinary team and then there it was right on the showroom floor! Like most, I glanced, saw the price and kept walking. I really wasn't in the market to buy anything, as stated, it was just a stop. As I was coming back around actually getting ready to leave, one of the guys I was with was getting a demo by Will on the CVO. I stopped and listened, what upgrades. Because it was late in the day and they were right at closing anyway, Will took some info from me and my current bike. The following week the text from Heather started coming. I gave her my bottom line and she passed on some info to Jason. I will say, I have never seen a more dedicated duo like Heather and Jason. Heather was the key to communication and Jason did everything he possibly could to meet my needs or at least get as close as he could. After all the wheelin and dealin, it was hard to pass up the offer. When we finally came to terms, the rest was actually smooth sailing. I was in and out in maybe 90 minites thanks to Will, Heather, Jason, and Alana. It was such a great experience! Now to hit the road.
