Always been a fan of this brand for their clothing quality, from a T-shirt to pants to under garments.

This store is kind of small compared to the one in SJ, so many products are out of stock quickly. Usually, I just ordered in app before hand and chose to pickup in store. The process is often quick and no hassle. Just come and pick up, unless there’s a long line already.

The location for this Uniqlo store is great (situated inside Hillsdale Mall). They generally have all the latest releases and their staff is really helpful. I've been here multiple times and have always found what I wanted.

Horrible customer experience: Christiane B. is the most rude Uniqlo representative I have ever interacted with in years of relationship with the brand, and it looks life I am far from the only one based on the many 1-star reviews. Came here for a couple of things, left it unwilling to give Uniqlo any more of my money. This store should be closed, as people without such basic courtesy and education will simply keep destroying your brand's equity with long-time customers. Zero stars to Christiane B. and whoever trained her.

Comparatively smallish Uniqlo, a little messy given the foot traffic coming through this place. Decent prices, good slim fit better than most American brands. Return policy is relaxed if things don't fit.

Love this store for always having staples, for everyone in the family. Styles cycle each season though, of there's something you like, you have to stock up on it before it's gone. Comfortable and practical clothes, and good quality materials that last.

Easy location to get in and out of, from the mall parking lot and right in the middle of the mall by the elevator.
