Very nice and large appartment (5-7p). Everything you needed was there, good location, quite.
Possible to have daily bread delivery service, large underground private parking.
Close to the ski piste and the city centre.
Friendly reception.
Booking communication could be better...

We spent a week skiing in Flachau region and Haus Sunside was a good base camp to sleep and have breakfast for us. Ski bus stop is right in front of the house, sunside also has the ski depot in the basement which is handy storage for the boots and skis. The fireplace in the apartment can be tricky to fire up, good luck with that. The rooms were quiet and clean, although it was not high season end of January.||||The nice bonus is the local bread on demand -service. You fill a coupon and pay the cash in the evening to your 'apartment basket' and you have fresh pastries and bread, butter, milk waiting for you in the next morning, great! You can use the sauna in the main Haus Panorama building as well.

Needs better explanation for foreigners with very limited german on how to get to apartment. You need to go to their other hotel in town to get the keys.||The apartment was clean, roomy and set up adequatly. A bit misleading in the bedroom description, 2 of the bedrooms had a lounge which became a bed when cushions were removed, a bit small and uncomfortable for adults, specially for 5 nights.||A bit too far to walk to ski lifts with heavy gear and the shuttle bus had not started to operate when we first got there.||Nice walks around the area even in the snow.||No iron in the apartment and apparently all apartments are the same

Redelijk geprijsd appartement, onderhoud mag wat scherper, maar zeer vriendelijke eigenaar en de service van de bakker is luxe. Inpandige parkeergarage is ook altijd ok, vooral als het gesneeuwd heeft.
