I was shopping for someone else but was able to find what they needed. It's SAS time y'all! (Semi-Annual Sale for you newbies!) 75% off some items. Well worth the walk-in. Friendly staff, clean environment, aromatic atmosphere and extremely convenient location with PLENTY of available parking spaces.

Honestly, I do enjoy their products. I spent over $100.00 on sprays and lotion and the clerk would not put it into 2 bags. I could have split the purchase and gotten 2 bags, but she very rudely said I couldn't have a second d bag! Seriously disturbed by this. A bag may be the reason I don't go back!

I love B&BW, with that being said this location is pretty awesome. There's one person here and I believe her name is Terri and she is uber helpful. There are a few more people here that have helped me multiple times and I appreciate the help they have given me every time I come in. There's a nice variety of scents and products here. The sales are amazing. The store is clean and well organized. I wouldn't let kids run loose in the store, keep them close to you for obvious reasons. The scent cards are always filled and they make sure the testers are working. I'll keep coming back to this convenient location.

I went yesterday and today for the sale they’re having, both days I was helped by the sweet dark haired girl with glasses, I’m so sad I didn’t catch her name. She helped my find so many good scents. Thanks again girl!

I always enjoyed shopping at this location because of the friendly staff, but not today…
A girl named Sonia was very loud and obnoxious.
I asked for two separate bags for thr candles I bought sone I was going to give them to 3 different people. She said they are not giving bags away because of low inventory. I insisted so she called the manager or whoever she spoke with. She got a go signal to give me the bags but she went in and on loudly how they are really not giving away bags but se is giving them to me anyway. I snapped back and said she just have to hand me the bag blah blah blah… girl, you know that because of our purchases, your employer is able to give you a decent salary, right? So, shut up and enjoy your job. It might be your last.
