We order from Campus Greek for our business needs related to branded merchandise. From swag bags, to logo polos and tees, we are always impressed by the quality and timeliness. The store owner, Lawrence, is extremely patient and accommodating with us when we need to make adjustments to the images/artwork or have a rush order ahead of a conference. We used to purchase from different vendors, but when we did we had poor customer service and quality. Campus Greek will get you what you need, on time and in the right size, color and quality. We love that we can support small business when we order from Campus Greek too!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Order placed on 10.05.2024. No receipt sent. No email. No communication. Needed for 10.18-10.19 morning at the latest. Website specifically states "in stock gift items 3-5 Days" for turnaround time. I called on 10.15. to inquire about order. The young lady who answered was extremely polite and took my number and said that the manager would call. Never received a call. Called back on today (10.16) and requested to speak to a manager. Person came to the phone and stated that he was the manager. He looked up my order and said "it will be there on 10.19 by 9 pm" I explained that that it will be too late and requested a refund . He stated that he would not issue a refund due to the item already being on the way. I explained that I had received nothing stating that Item was on the way. No email. No tracking number. Nothing. I said ok, no problem. I asked could I return item back as I have no need for it if it wasn't arriving by the time I needed. He declined that request as well. As a small business owner myself COMMUNICATION is key. There was no empathy, understanding or anything. Had it been displayed on the site or communication then it would've have been my decision as the consumer whether or not I wanted to do business. But this pretty much assures I will never do business with this company ever again. And guess what.....5 minutes after phone call an email miraculously appears in my inbox stating that my order is on the way.

My Response to their response: I'm not sure when the email was sent. I just got it today. And Its extremely coincidental that it came AFTER I called. And no where on your website does it say that what I ordered was not considered an "in stock item" . As I stated previously had that been the case then it would've been my decision whether or not to do business. Also and again, you didn't call me.... I had to call you........10 days AFTER the order was placed and after no communication at all. Not even a receipt of purchase. So it seems that your attempt to accommodate the shipping can only be perceived as a cover up for your negligence. I selected the proper shipping based on the wording on your site. I hope this encounter pushes you to be more precise with your site and wording and policies but again you wont see anymore of my money. Thank you

I ordered a custom graduation stole from Campus Greek and it was perfect! Exactly what I requested, from an easy design process, and I received my order about two weeks after placing it! It photographed great and will be an awesome memory of my time at FSU!

I just received my fraternity jacket from this company today, and it is utterly fantastic! The care in which they put onto the insignias is outstanding! Communications with the company was fantastic and I received the jacket within three weeks. I totally recommend Campus Greek, and embroidery shop; they are the best!!!!

I have been shopping with Campus Greek since i was on campus at FAMU from 2013-2017 and since leaving the campus, this shop has been the most accessible place for FAMU and D9 options until recent events. I called this store from my personal number and the call never got answered until I switched to a different phone number, then someone answered immediately. Secondly, I placed an order with someone over the phone who said the license plate I was ordering was a mirror plate style and when it showed up, it was not mirror style nor was it anything as described. When I asked for a refund, I was told the style I asked for wasn't a style they sold only for me to receive an email later of 2 different colors of the exact style I asked for. It has now been 20+ days since this conflicting conversation and I still don't have a refund, return label or the correct product. I expect to get the correct product within the next 10 business days but if I dont, I will make sure every single D9 org I am connected to knows how this store operates and advise them to shop elsewhere.
It shouldn't have to take extremes for someone to receive simple, decent customer service. Regardless of the outcome with this order, I'll never order from Campus Greek again.

UPDATE- within 10 minutes of this review, the store shipped the correct plate which got here in 3 days.

I love Campus Greek & Embroidery... I've purchased several items for myself and my daughter over the years. Their new location is nice, though I really liked the previous as well. My most recent experience was during FAMU's Homecoming, I'd ordered online and was able to conveniently pick up in store (I love that option!). I returned shortly after to purchase an additional item bc my luggage had been further delayed, and I needed something fast. The store staff was very kind and listened as I vented my frustration with my airline experience, and the manager/owner was thoughtful enough to offer a discount on my purchase, which certainly brightened my day😊 Overall, CG&E has excellent customer service, as well as unique and quality items for FAMU, FSU, and Greek organizations. Keep up the excellent work, it is appreciated!!

Campus Greek is a great place for both game day and sorority apparel! I’ve had great experiences shopping in store with them and placing custom orders. I recently placed an order for big little shirts and was very happy with the turn out. Not only was the turn around time quick, but the both quality of the shirt and the custom design were very impressive. Additionally, I purchased a majority of my big little gifts from here which were a big hit!

Cannot say enough great things about Campus Greek! My sorority has been doing bulk orders from them for years and everything is high quality, done quickly, and at a great price! I also get all of my Christmas gifts like custom coffee mugs, blankets, jackets, and hats from them too and my family always loves them! Customer service is great too!
