On the afternoon of 11/03/2024, I visited Chanel Rodeo and there was a 15 minute wait. I was called in less than 10 minute while waiting in the bench in front of the store.

I was walking around the store with my husband and daughter for 20 minutes and not one staff came to help. There were 2 just talking and talking and standing in the way of the boots. No acknowledgement at all.

I stumbled upon Patrick in the makeup area and he is truly amazing. Patrick is patient, friendly, and communicative. He answered my questions about makeup and then helped me with showing me sunglasses and card holders. He also helped my husband with introducing a Chanel cologne. He truly made our luxury purchase an experience. A+ and 5 stars for Patrick.

One less star because of the beginning due to no acknowledgment from other staff at all. But Patrick is the best!

I don’t believe that I have ever had a bad day at any Chanel Boutique and this one kept the record going. This boutique was my main intent to “browse” Rodeo Drive. Haha. The sales consultants are very knowledgeable about the brand, helpful and patient. Having security at this day and age is understandably welcoming and I felt at ease with taking time on my selections. The consultant who completed my sale was very personable, professional and I enjoyed our conversation. This location is top tier as expected and I appreciate the top tier service.

My experience was amazing. My SA Elijah went over and beyond to serve me and my needs. I went to browse and found things here that I could not find anywhere else. This store was warm and inviting with a vast collection. Definitely recommend!

I had every intention of buying my wife one or two nice accessories but we felt judged by the sales staff we were assigned, they couldn’t wait to focus on other things. We were very well dressed, to be fair mostly in non-Chanel, but still designer, brands, yet if looks could kill when we met out sales person! We did buy a few items but their attitude lost them a decent chunk of commission, which I was happy to spend in nearly stores instead.

Horrible Customer Service!

I recently visited the store, and my experience with a salesman named Aston was beyond disappointing. Within the first 5 minutes, he rudely asked if I was planning to buy anything today, which felt rushed and uncomfortable. Instead of being helpful, he seemed disinterested and had a noticeable attitude throughout the interaction.

While browsing for a bag, he asked me *multiple* times—five times in about 10 minutes—if I was going to make a purchase. When I mentioned that I wasn't ready to buy, his attitude worsened, and he didn't even bother to ask if I needed assistance with anything else. I ended up having to go to the shoes section on my own, where no one offered any help.

Luxury shopping should be a pleasant and seamless experience, especially when customers are prepared to spend thousands of dollars. Unfortunately, this visit was anything but that. Very disappointing!

I never write reviews but I had to come on here to give credit where credit is due. I came with my husband and teenage boys - I was not dressed to the nines, my boys were in hoodies and baggy jeans, we rolled up in our rental Mitsubishi car, and we all were still treated like royalty from beginning to end even though the staff had no idea what our intentions were i.e to just window shop vs. seriously buy something. From the complimentary valet, to personally escorting us out of the car one by one holding an umbrella over our heads because it was raining, I knew we’d be taken care of and I was grateful - my curls remained in tact! My SA Benjamin A was exceptionally fabulous, attentive, and patient. He offered and brought beverages to me and my entire family and stuck it out with me until I found a purse I loved. During small talk as he was cashing me out, I mentioned we were in LA to celebrate my boys’ bday and after he beautifully packaged my purchase, he remembered our chat and wished them a happy birthday as he saw us out. It’s these small gestures that add up to make the entire experience and ours was top notch!
