I was really impressed with this company.
From the moment I walked in the door until the moment I left with my car, I was treated with the utmost customer service that is rare to find.
Someone recently backed into my car and crushed the front end…
My car means a lot to me, it’s my baby.
This is the first time I’ve had to trust someone other than my fiancé to take care of my car and I wasn’t disappointed. It was repaired with care and close attention to detail, I can’t express how much that means to me.
My car was previously custom painted and they made sure to consult with me during the painting process to make sure that I would be satisfied. I was kept in contact with and if I needed to speak with them, I was always able to get someone on the phone quickly.
I would recommend this business if you want quality care.

I had a wonderful experience with Disney Paint and Body, all employees are wonderful to work with and determined to do their jobs to the best of their abilities! Laura is the receptionist and she’s so great at keeping the customer updated with everything going on, her customer service is exquisite. Logan works by her side in the front and I’m sure does much more because he’s also on top of everything, he didn’t hesitate to keep me posted on my car and the process and made sure I was always in contact with someone. The owner is also awesome and made sure everything with the insurance was handled. The job was done in a timely manor and I am impressed with the work done, the paint job is seriously impressive! You can’t even tell my car was in an accident. I appreciate everyone at this establishment!!!

I took my Palisade into Disney after a chance meeting with Colby, an employee in the paint shop. He was patient and kind in listening to me, some random woman at the gas station having a bad day because I had just been rear ended. He told me that he worked at Disney Paint and Body and they could fix it no problem. He also answered some of my questions about insurance, even though I am sure he just wanted to get out of the gas station and go home. 🙃
Because he was so patient with me, I took my car to Disney Paint and Body for an estimate, and upon meeting Richard, Laura, and Logan, I knew this was where I wanted to take my car. When I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and a friendly hello, Richard was patient with me and answered all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable of what it would take, and, more importantly, how long it would take to fix my car. Once I dropped it off to be repaired, he told me that I would have it back as good as new, and he was right!
Disney Paint and Body did an incredibly good job repairing my car and took time and care in making sure everything was repaired properly. My car has been repaired beautifully and I would wholeheartedly recommend Disney Paint and body to anyone. Special shout out to Laura who listened to me complain about the insurance company on an endless loop. 🫣
If you're in need of paint or body work on your car, Disney Paint and Body should be your first (and last) stop.

I've done work with Disney before. Laura and Bill are nice associates and overall the completed product looks good BUT turn around time this last time was excessive and the reason I was given often, was the body guy is lazy and wasn't doing his part and they don't know why the owner keeps him around. I even suggested they take doors off one of my wrecked vehicles and swap them to save time and painting since the doors were in perfect shape. They did grab one door and swap, saving them 8 hours of labor, per the vendor. When I received the invoice, the cost was several hundred more than quoted and nearly 3-weeks beyond the commitment date. This is a fleet vehicle. If the wheels aren't rolling, money isn't being made. When asked if there would be any adjustment for the excessive delay, I was told no, and that the owner wouldn't be willing to budge. While I like the associates and the finished product, I will take any future business to another body shop vendor. It must be nice to be able to be in a business where losing business due to an unwillingness to budge isn't a problem. I didn't even name an amount. I just asked if there would be consideration. As noted, I lost income due to the 2+ extra weeks it took to complete the job. This is an out of pocket repair, so no dealing with insurance companies and such, as was the last repair. It is what it is. An extra half star for Laura and Bill and half star for the finished product but the delay and lack of fair equity on the billing dropped it from a 5-star. Their prices aren't the cheapest. I always get 3-5 quotes but I look at location and turn around commitments. Those are added value if delivered as promised. In this case it was a fail.

The worst place to take your car!!! Couldn't even calibrate my sensors or cameras in the car. I had to get Nissan of Orange Park to do the work. The only thing I can say is thank you, Dinsey, for a life warranty on you. Thank you for nothing!!!

After a week and a half of time spent in body shop, I am 1000% satisfied. Not only did Richard Disney and the team complete the work, but they went above and beyond to make it affordable and looking brand new. Thanks again Disney Paint and Body for the excellent work and experience.

Well, I gave 'em 5 Stars for Phase 1, so far so good. Stopped by a couple of months ago to inquire, start the process (I suspect they thought "Sure. Seeya when we seeya.") And then I showed up again.
2003 Silverado, just put in a new 5.3l...dual exhaust. Yeah. So we're off to the races, and these folks are cool. I already know she's going to be flat gorgeous, BUT!
I'll come back to this forum when I pick her up, and do THAT review...'cause I do reviews, and I'm stoked. This truck's a fully- loaded beast and a blast to drive. In about six weeks (I think she'll be sooner 😁) I get to roll 'er put and by the Shop a big ol' feast, on site.

Took my truck here to have some minor scratches removed. When I picked up my truck Richard Disney didn’t want to charge me because he was unhappy with the results. But man I was! As hard as I tried I couldn’t see where the scratches were. I give the shop 5 stars for the excellent work. I give Richard 10 stars for outstanding customer care.
