Did fix the issue in my car but left another problem after i left there repair shop. I live 3miles away…My AC was blowing ice cold when i dropped off to repair and after driving home after picking up i realized that the AC was not getting colder and it never did. Ruined my sale of my vehicle as I repaired the minor issue so it would be a seamless sell. the reviews were good online but they are not 5star at all. I have ample funds to buy anything but the point is they screwed the sale of my vehicle and created a new issue with my vehicle without notifying me. They also scratched my rear bumper and did not tell me. Stay away and go to Mavis next door. There real 5star service.

Took my wife’s van to get a plug for the tire and was told over the phone that she needed new tires. Total cost over $800.

Took it to another guy and he plugged it for free and said tires were fine.

This is the second time I have been misguided and charged for a service that was never needed.

Sad I will not be using this company again.

This place is AMAZING. The people are SO nice!! They were able to get my car in right away, were able to diagnose all of its problems, and were extremely great about keeping me updated and in the loop. When Bill was here, this place was great. Jasper is now in charge and I took my car here to get a diagnostic for possible transmission. My vehicle feels like it jerks from 1st to 2nd gear, but not consistently and sometimes not at all. Jasper spoke to me afterwards and said it’s the transmission, they ran the diagnostic and the quote was $3900. That’s a lot of money for me, so I took it to two other places for a second and third opinion. One place is a transmission specialist. Both places said it’s not the transmission. That it didn’t come up on the diagnostic test. I have an appointment with a competitor to check my mount.

I called Jasper to ask him what is the difference between what he told me and what two competitors said. He said he couldn’t recall looking at my vehicle two weeks ago and that it could have been on the same day he received bad news. He offered to look at it again and “dig deeper” for me. No thank you - I don’t trust you anymore.

They’ve lost a loyal customer and I miss Bill.
