Just left this finish line in Wichita Ks. This had to be one of the worst shopping experiences of my life. I have always shopped here for my children & I. I will NEVER come back here again. The workers in there do not want to help you. I had to ask for some anssistance after the MANAGER was just laughing talking with his employees. Then I decided to go ahead and get these shoes, the next day I tried to wear them and they were killing my heel so I took them off. I returned to the store a day later and asked if I can do an exchange or return and they would not take them. Said because they are not in perfect condition and that I needed to contact customer service. I stood there and he stated “he’s going to be here till 8 and I can stand there as long as I want but he’s not taking them & walked off” I felt very disrespected so I asked for his boss number and he told me that she was on PTO and he can’t give out her number. This store is horrible I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to finish line in Wichita. If you want something from there you’re better off ordering online this store sucks.

I went to get a pair of Jordan 11's and was about to put my card in when another worker came up and said that pair was already spoken for stating that this other lady(employees friend) had a call in reserve already for them. Anyone who follows shoes knows they don't do call in reserves only raffle drawings. Definitely better companies to buy from with Employees who aren't so disrespectful.

Shoe on right clearly has a defect in the material after less than a week since purchase. The store manager adam needs to get his eyes checked. He considers that normal wear and tear. Ok adam, maybe if both shoes had bubbles in the leather. Done with finish line for good. Never again will i buy from them. Shop at champs. Your welcome.

Purchased shoes online, went to the store to return as stated in their return policy. Cashier said there are "some markings" that indicate item has been worn. Shoes were worn inside only, they still declined to accept. I had the option to return free by mail but store refund was quicker. I said to the cashier that I could return by mail and would 100% get a refund, why would he not take them back? Huge waste of time and inconvenience. I still returned by mail and received a full refund. Why are Finish Line employees and manager at Towne East so incompetent and useless? Look at other reviews to find out. Never ever shop here, choose other outlets.

Went to find shoes found one pair i like but didn't have them in my size. The sale assistant ask if i wanted 9 but of course it wouldn't fit. Then he offered to order . But i declined. I guess i will drive 2 hours home and order a pair off line. Kind of a waste trip

Loved the staff very helpful and easy to talk to! Also they were very patient with my son who couldn't figure out exactly which shoes he wanted. Finally found what we were looking for on our second trip to the store!

Picked up a pair for Nike airmax 270. Popped after 2 mo. They won't exchange and back up nike. It would be great if you stood behind the product you profit from 180.00 shoes? Still look new with box and recipe, manager even said sorry looks like a manufacturer defect....
