The clothes are fun. However, the store sales displays are misleading. Some of the items may be mislabeled. A jacket item, which should have qualified for the outerwear sale that was ongoing, would have been $30 off the ticket price. However, it was tagged as a top rather than a jacket or outerwear. It can be seen in the attached photo.

Moreover, as I was putting my purchases from Forever21 in the closet, I noticed that on one of the shirts, the theft protection tag had not been removed at the point of purchase.

I will eventually make it back to the store with the shirt to have the tag removed, with receipt in hand, and there had damn well better not be further complications or hassles. In the meanwhile, I will advise that other local stores ALSO have fun clothes WITH the added bonus of competent store merchants and wonderful customer service. You will find those bonuses missing from the local Forever21 store in the Bossier mall.

Maybe it's because I'm in my 50's and counting that I still remember that customer service can make the difference between good business or going out of business.

I usually won’t give a place a one star due to having items there. I’m only giving it a two stars because of how dirty this store is. It barely has any clothes. I’m assuming that this location is running out of business or they are redoing their layouts. The store looks really bland. I was only there for 5 mins and left because there’s not much to look at. Overall, I won’t be back here. It’s a mess.

As a former forever21 associate this is by far the WORST location I’ve ever been too. I don’t usually write reviews to complain about stores but this one really deserves it. The store is huge and I only saw like 2 employees through the whole store and there was only 1 employee at the register. The whole store is a mess the floor is dusty the fixtures are dusty there was like 3 tables with no clothes on them there was boxes everywhere as if the employees don’t pick up the boxes after restocking the floor. Even the register area looked so messy and unorganized. It was horrible I was walking throughout the store thinking to myself the whole time my old manager never would’ve let the store get that bad mind you our location was wayyyyy smaller. Truly disappointing clearly there’s a huge lack of management by the looks of it.

Our shopping experience was heightened by the staff that went out of their way to help us find what we were in search of... the prices are reasonable... yes I would definitely recommend this store.

They have some really nice clothes in here, but there's only one rack for plus size females. It sucks that the plus sized females only have one rack compared to other sizes having a whole store selection.

I have been on hold with an employee for 40 mins just to see if they have an item I found online in stock at the store. I didn't realize with today's technology that they can't just type in the product number. Either they have to search the store for it or they have just left me on hold. I hung up called again they placed me another 20 min hold. I hung up called again for the visual manager to tell me they don't have it.

This is the filthiest store I have ever seen. I don’t think a broom has touched that floor in over a year. There must be a complete lack of management.

Always love finding grear deals here but they really need more attendents checking people out....2 checkers and 10+ customers in line waiting while multiple employess are on the floor that could have lended a hand
