I placed an order for pickup and the order wasn't ready with the 4 hours. I never picked it up and somehow I received an email stating that I picked up the item. I called the store and they said they mark orders as "picked up" when they can't find them. So my order was lost and they decided to mark it as "picked up." They said they could process a refund and that I had to go to the store to get my refund. I don't live near the mall so the manager said they would mail me my refund. I never received anything.

Will always be my favorite store with a lot of variety! Wouldn't include certain sizes within that, if you need something a larger size I recommend getting it shipped to you or the store for pickup. Very great service, managed great! Bit crowded especially now since the line is in the back where clearance is. Other than that, it's good store.

Okay experience overall and okay until it was time to pay. I was on the phone while my brother paid and standing in front of an empty register until I heard loud voices. The worker at the cash register started yelling at me to move, never once saying please simply just yelling, as the customers in line also started yelling. I knew I had enough room around me not only for the customers to pay but to also get around us. Unnecessary yelling from the worker made the whole experience sour.

Went in today to find a birthday outfit. I have been shopping at this location for over 15 years. Hell this was my first job! I have never had a bad experience at this location until today. The employee “helping” us definitely didn’t want to help. We asked for a certain size they automatically sized up and handed me the larger size instead. I know I am not thin but damn! Then when it came time to check out they still didn’t seem to be interested in helping. Everyone else is always super nice. Another employee did offer to help and he was very nice. But the other employee mad me feel like I was bothering them. Idk maybe they were having a bad day. I work in retail so I get it so maybe next time they will be better.

management and/or their higher ups need to stop making their employees so pushy. idk where corporate got the idea that customers want to feel connected w the employees, but they're wrong. it's so annoying having to actively avoid the employee with the tablet. also they ask so demandingly it's off-putting, irritating, and makes me want to interact with them even less. if i need help i'll go to the front or find someone. two stars bc they have nice things in stock as of late.

the workers are VERY pushy with hot topic memberships and constantly follow you around and talk about making an account or just being to much in general its weird and when i go shopping id like to be left alone its fine if they greet us in but following me around the store and bothering me is annoying i hate the service its like they bother you when you dont want to be bothered but when you actually need help finding something they ignore your request or just tell you they might not have it instead of helping you find the items and some of the male workers are weird and say weird things to kids like ''your cute'' its gross and should be checked because i should feel comfortable coming in to a store not uncomfortable

So many things to look at. My son was able to find all of the shirts he wanted in his size with help. As soon as we walked in there was someone there offering to help us find or reach what we needed. There were also a lot of sales going on.
