Complete con artists.

Paid for a dress that didn't arrive merely days before a wedding after being promised.

I've been asking for a refund since February and still no sign of anything. They told us just to go through the bank.

Absolute joke. The dress was £327!

Details will be submitted to small claims courts to recoup costs for time and effort in obtaining a refund.

ITS AN ABSOLUTE FRAUD !
I have been a long time customer of them but I have to say I have had enough from them. They show a nicer version of the item everything seems fine and good but when you receive the item it is nothing like what they have shown. They are a fraud please don't buy from this website. I put 1 star on this just cause I can post it otherwise it's 0 starts from me absolutely disgraceful 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😤😤😤😤😤😤😠😠😠

THEY ARE A FRAUD!
I was given a gift card instead of a refund on my last purchase with house of faiza because they failed to deliver the goods. Initially they were meant to do a refund since they did not deliver the goods after I had been waiting for months. Then fobbed me off for months regarding the refund stating that there is a technical issue and unable to do refund/ bank transfer and then eventually refused refund and gave the gift card. By this time I was so so fed up of constantly chasing them as it had been months that I had no choice to accept gift card because I was so fed up of constantly back and forth with emails. I have now gone to use the gift card and Now I am told - that they no longer own this company and it was previous owners and they cannot honour the gift card. So I have been a victim of fraud and out of pocket by £125. I am extremely upset and angry about this! It is absolutely disgusting!! I have tried to email house faiza but their email does not seem to be working! I have had the WORST EXPERIENCE.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GROUP NOW - JUNE 2024
Posting on behalf of my sister, she ordered a dress which hadn't arrived by the time specified. She contacted them to say whats happening, if if the order is not dispatched soon, she is considering cancelling the order. She was told the dress would be arriving soon, so she replied saying she will wait for the dress. Suddenly she received an email saying we have cancelled the order as you have requested and refund would be sent out shortly. She has not received her refund. She has contacted them several times and they replied saying they are under new management and matters will be addressed. Still no refund. She contacted again - told we have sent it and check with your bank. Bank has confirmed no refund. They now say as it was different management nothing they can do. Atrocious behaviour. She is out of pocket by >£70.
We are going to take this further to trading standards/ombudsman as they have duty to refund the money as online retailers.

House of Faiza should be renamed House of Fitnah! 2 years ago they were great but having placed my recent order of over £350 with them, I am doing a complete u-turn of ever recommending them. They took money for my order on 17 March & 11 weeks later I still hadn’t received anything. I had to keep chasing them up over instagram & emails to which they sent blunt replies that despatch would be 8 weeks plus. Their customer service & communication was pashaab-poor to say the least! They said they’d action a refund with no explanation where my order was. In the end it was my bank that issued the refund. Extremely unprofessional company ~ not worth the headache so just stay away!

DO NOT BUY FROM this retailer. I purchased 2 items. One was delivered. The other item was supposed to have been refunded 24.05.2024 which was in the same email notifying of a change of management (but remains as the same trading entity)
On contacting them last week, I have had multiple emails trying to deflect responsibility for payment, ranging from

“unfortunately we do not have access to your funds however the previous management has confirmed that funds have left their account, if however you have not received your refund yet , it’s best you raise a claim with your bank”

“ You will have to raise a dispute with your bank on this transaction as the previous management is unable to provide the details on your refund unfortunately”

I can see this is a similar pattern as reported by other customers. I am reporting to trading standards to save other customers being scammed

DO NOT TRUST!!
I ordered once before in 2020 and had no issue so decided to order again from them for a family wedding. My whole family and I purchased our outfits for about $2000 and it never arrived! They said they'll give me a refund but still haven't received one! Such a shame, honestly never expected them to be scammers
