I loved Lacoste. I buy many of their clothes online and at department stores and check out the outlet stores when I see them. But I may never shop at the San Francisco Premium Outlets Lacoste store anymore due to their store policy! They don't allow customers to bring their bags into their store. Any shopping bags will have to be checked in at the front door. They give you a number to reclaim the bags when you walk out. This policy is very inconvenient. I'm also concerned about the items I purchased from the other stores. They may mistakenly give them to the wrong person. I don’t feel comfortable with my items being held by the security guards. I don’t want to spend time there any longer, and I leave without buying anything! I like the brand but don’t want to shop at this store!

I went this past week. I was working nearby and was concerned about the many bad reviews on the customer service. Well I gotta tell ya I had a great experience and workers were helpful and professional. I came again the next day and had a positive experience also

The store is sucks!
I tried to return item and they said that will provide store credit ..On the receipt it says that all cash and credit purchases will be return as sold.But they said the return policy is new and they will give gift card.If the policy is new why nobody said me about that and also why the return policy on receipt says totally different.I even called the customer service which is even worse.They said that situation in store occurring they cannot fix.And that their policy like this.But receipt policy saying absolutely different.I am feeling that been scammed and would never shop in such dishonest store, and would give zero star if possible.

Did a return, two unworn shirts with tags, within two weeks of purchase. Now I find look at the fine print and they only do exchanges or gift cards.

Quite possibly the only store I’ve encountered in over decade with such a ridiculous return policy. This is totally unacceptable in this day and age.

Will be spending the balance of this gift card and will NEVER shop Lacoste again. To be honest, considering the how flimsy the polo material is in their modern shirts, I won’t regret my decision at all.

The guard at the front is ridiculous he was extremely rude and intentionally making people wait. Don’t come to this location the guard at the front is power tripping when there is zero people in the store. Do not come here he is extremely unorthodox and is rude to Asian clientele.

If only I can give a negative 5 stars, I would. This particular store is known for its rude employees. We were accused of kicking a rack because it fell. They were glaring at us and shaking their heads. We were called names and the word “squatters,” which means poor illegal settlers. We were forced to leave and when we were about to leave, the lady in line told us that her brother experienced the same treatment from them yesterday. Those employees are the ones who deserve to be laid off. No cap. We were polite, but accusations and rudeness got us. We’ll make sure we’ll let their superiors know about this incident. What a memorable Lacoste experience—to be called poor by an employee.
