I had a wonderful shopping experience at Massimo Dutti on Oxford Street, thanks to Victoria. As a tourist in London with limited time, I really appreciated her exceptional service. Victoria was incredibly efficient and helpful, assisting me with my large shopping spree. She understood exactly what I was looking for and helped me find multiple items quickly. Her professional attitude and attentiveness made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. I was able to accomplish a lot of shopping in a short time thanks to her assistance. Would highly recommend asking for Victoria if you visit this store!

Good clothes but rude service.

I sorted out my unwanted clothes and hung them on a hanger when I came out of the fitting room, as I have always done this in other shops where there are no staff and the shop assistant had been helping another lady change. When she saw me hanging my clothes up she started to get upset and rude and told me not to hang them up, using a commanding tone of voice the whole time.

Manager at store on the 4th Jan in the afternoon was incredibly efficient and understanding of the glitch Massimo Dutti's app had during the on app sale. I had all the evidence and she quickly processed the solution to the error made in app. I would highly recommend this store. Online purchase customer service telephone line was a nightmare. The lady on the phone had no idea what she was claiming as Massimo policy and was unwilling to look at any evidence i had in emails.

Really annoying experience here which has meant lots of time wasted.

Went in to return something bought in store & apparently proof of purchase via credit card debit isn’t enough for them .

Was told I had to call customer service to get a copy of the receipt. Being Sunday I had to go home & do this during the week.

Annoyingly I wasn’t told by the store there was a way via the website to do this & now have to go back yet again to return the goods .

A real pain- so unusual to even need a receipt these days when most stores offer the option of not printing one or emailing it .

Won’t shop in store again for a while or will hang on to the receipt for dear life if I do!

It was a disappointing shopping experience due to the staff's unhelpful and inattentive attitude. Not a single staff member bothered to greet or say goodbye, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. Despite my interest in some products, I received no assistance or engagement from the staff. The lack of a pleasant shopping experience made me reconsider making a purchase, as basic courtesy and attentiveness were sorely lacking. I hope Massimo Dutti prioritises improving their customer service to create a more inviting environment for potential buyers…

The items are quite expensive, with a nice design, but the quality is very poor. For such a large store, I would have expected at least a seating area near the fitting rooms.

Warning the check store for availability is not accurate, sent to regent street from another store… and told can’t find it in stock room.., waste of 2 hours travelling to the store!!! And the agent very nonchalant… so 1 for service
