I had some issues with an item I bought from them 9 month, and they were able to very quickly give me some advice to help solve my problem and get my nvgs Turning on again!! From all my interactions with this company they truly set a standard for amazing customer service that most other places couldn’t keep up with! Nicole and the rest of the team are very easy to work with and knowledgeable about there products!

Sent them a device back in December and haven't heard back from them. They also will not respond to my emails. I only gave one star because I couldn't give ZERO.

Update! After 11 months of ignored emails, calls, and messages, MOD Armory sent me an invoice for $300 for the repair of the scope I sent them last December (2022). When I called, I was repeatedly sent to voicemail which will hang up on you after several seconds (not long enough to leave your name and number). I emailed them numerous times to no avail. The day after receiving the bill, I received a late notice via email.

Finally, I had a third party call them from Colorado Springs. The MOD Armory Staff answered immediately.

I tried to call again and once again, no one answered. This time, I had the third party patch me in using a three way call. MOD Armory finally answered the phone. After failing to provide any explanation as to why they did not respond to my calls or emails, I was told that they would waive the service fee and return my optic free of charge.

Well, they did return the optic... in the same non-functioning condition it was 12 months ago. I'm thankful I didn't pay the service fee as it would have been for nothing.

Their customer service is second to none. Nicole's vast knowledge of their products led to me buying a NVM14 bridge sight unseen and it worked exactly as she described. Thanks again for the help team!

I ordered a STNVG Gen III, WP, autogated Elbit/Harris monocular. I received the same item with an upgraded intensifier tube when MOD Armory sold the last of their inventory. To give me a choice in the matter, Staci and Nicole communicated my options to me clearly and quickly. Staci was very friendly and professional. Nicole (sales director) was very verbally fluent and appropriate about addressing my most pressing concerns about replacing an item I just spent thousands of dollars buying and selecting. She educated me where my knowledge gapped and set me on a course for feeling assured in my purchase given my specific requirements for my gear. These two woman are probably over qualified, but I thank you! I ended up getting a tube with 200+ FOM higher than my originally spec'd tubes; still L3/Elbit and performing beautifully. Love the autogating. The picture is breathtaking. MOD had the item to me within 3-4 days of funds clearing, safely packaged, and took what worry they could out of an expensive sale. Best experience ever and I will absolutely trust MOD Armory with keeping my family safe and gearing me for adventure.

Dealing with Nicole was seriously a breath of fresh air! I needed a super random part and didn’t even know the name of it. After listening to me describe it, she located what she thought it was, then went into the back to make sure it fit the existing part I had. She e-mailed me pictures and pricing info, which was super helpful considering I’m over 800 miles away. Ordering was simple, and she called me back with shipping prices so I could get the most effective shipping before charging my card.

I just received the part today, and it fits like a glove! Exactly what I needed it to be, and arrived exactly when they said it would.

Despite my lack of knowledge, she made it so easy. Good customer service like that can’t be beat. Thanks Nicole!

Awesome product and top tier customer service.

I had a issue at first with the dovetail connector not fitting correctly with my arm but Stacy helped my idiot self realize there is a screw to adjust the fit better and all is good now!

Went to the actual business building and talked to a couple of the ladies up front. They were very helpful and insightful as far as how to order and availability of their products. They even went out of their way to assist me in getting an order in quickly. Great store from what I saw and experienced. They have my business for sure.
