Mod Maids excelled in looking after my vacation rental. I live overseas in the UK and communication was phenomenal, as was the way they left it looking immaculate for my guests ( along with myself ). I had total trust. Nothing was too much trouble, even when my fountain was stolen from the patio, Odessas partner filled the space creatively, so the next guests didn't have a gaping hole to look at. Excellent communication and service but also price. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic service, great communication, always on time and such nice people! We’ve been with Mod maids for 3 years now. Our condo is just perfect once Lulu and Maria have sorted it out. Love everything about this company!

This was the first time to use this vendor based upon recommendation from our friend and neighbor. Though we appreciated that we were able to secure an appointment quickly we were not completely satisfied with the cleaning service provided. Our 2 BR/2BA condo was not excessively dirty as we maintain ut as a weekend retreat from our primary residence in Long Beach. The mother-daughter team were nice enough but seemed to rush through the basic cleaning such as thorough vacuuming. My husband had to vacuum again afterwards I also had to dust the top of our TV units and êtagere in the living room. Although I was asked if their cleaning services was "satisfactory", i couldn't provide a complete inspection as our floors were mopped last and were wet. I paid $189 for a "regular cleaning"; a "deep cleaning" was offered at time of booking for for about upcharge of about $100 more. We usually pay $200 to have our 1800 sq. ft. 3 BR/2BA house cleaned in Long Beach/Belmont Shores for 'regular' and more complete cleaning services done by a 2-person crew as well.

Maria did an amazing job & showed up through bad weather in order for me to have my house cleaned for guests this weekend. Due to a medical issue I wasn't able to clean myself, so this took that stress off of me & left my house looking far better than if I had cleaned it myself. Thx Maria, you're awesome!

They are amazing!!!! I love the ease of the website and they do a great job---Odeesa is very helpful---we have special marble titles and can onyl do steam cleaning and they look better each time--Love you Mod Maids!!

Lulu and company did a terrific job felt like I was walking into a hotel when I got home. Sparkly clean with special touches in the bedrooms and bath. Smells so good too.

Floor was filthy, counters and stove covered with grease and grime. The office personnel say one thing, the cleaning crew says another. I had to redo it myself. Never again.
