Rude, patronising megalomaniac. Woe betide the underling who dares to seek help without shelling out first. These are the kind of people who suffer their customers, and make no secret of it. The only question I have now is 'why work in the retail industry when you obviously despise it' ? You should invest in a customer relations course, or change career (or personality). Or both.
I am only giving 1 star by default in order to post this review, otherwise they would have a well earned 0.

I ordered parts for my Connect MK2 to lower the front and rear.
I was guided by Steve as I was totally inexperienced when it came to lowering a vehicle.
Steve sorted me out with a full spring kit and Gaz rear shock absorbers and even sent me a free mug for my tea.
I cannot fault this company it is proper old skool as they say.
They take the time to explain the parts and their FB profile says it all.
Thank you so much. Well worth the money spent.

Purchased a full package lowering kit for both my mk1 and MK2 connect from Steve. This guy is very knowledgeable and very helpful. They even helped me get my vans lowered with there friends Slam my van. Can't fault the service.

I am from Switzerland, ordered leaf springs for my ford transit custom. I asked by e-mail and received information immediately. Ordered with 40mm lowering and got it about 14 days later. I am satisfied. Thanks to the team, always happy

Ordered a suspension kit for my connect mk2, had some queries about their kit so emailed and was met by rude, patronising and argumentative staff. Also tried to call them 6 times and they did not pick up, left them a voicemail to which they supposedly have no recollection of. Absolute joke of a company, would strongly recommend avoiding.

Fantastic! My Transit now has a superb lowered stance!!!
I was totally unsure of what I needed so I spoke to the team at MYC and they guided me through what I could have and the full breakdown of costs. I was booked in for 10 days later, I even travelled 147 miles to get there, and within a couple of hours my Transit was done. Superb service and surprisingly reasonably priced! Thanks
