This location is Montblanc only in name; certainly not in service. I brought in an item which needed to be repaired, simply to gather more information about the process, since the Montblanc website directs customers to go directly to the boutique. As soon as I went in and the sales people realized I was not there to make a purchase, they could not have been less accommodating. First they immediately said they don't handle repairs there, and literally starting walking me toward the exit. When I persisted, they said they only repair their pens, but not leathergoods. When I stated that I had been directed there by the Montblanc website, I was told that the website was wrong, and again I was ushered toward the door. Ultimately I left with ZERO satisfaction, and have spent the last three weeks dealing with the Montblanc office in NY, who has been accommodating, but honestly painfully slow in helping me resolve the issue with the broken item. This is not the first product I have purchased from Montblanc, but will likely be the last based upon the complete lack of service at this location, and the fact that Montblanc is simply not standing behind the quality of their product. For a belt buckle to break after fewer than 10 wearings and at less than 2 months old is just not acceptable, particularly at the Montblanc price point. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

Amazing staff at the Aventura Mall Montblanc boutique. I am a repeat customer here, despite another boutique being closer to me, as the Aventura staff are so friendly and helpful. Lynne spent a lot of time searching for a specific and limited production item I was looking for, and the manager quickly exchanged a wallet I had purchased that had a leather defect. Another time they special-ordered a limited pen I was looking for. Quality personnel, goods, and shopping experience; they will have my continued business. Thank you Montblanc Aventura.

I had a very good experience dealing with Lynn. I originally met her at the Dadeland Mall on Tuesday.

I was looking for a Meisterstuck Mozart fountain pen with platinum trim with either a Fine or Medium Nib.

It is no longer on their website, but she was able to locate and have one shipped to her store (in basically a day).

I went into the store on Black Friday, and it was there waiting for me.

Excellent customer service, and very pleased with my new pen.

This is my email to Mont Blanc Executives and do you think anyone from executive team or management team reached out, NO! The don't care about Customers.

Good morning Executives at Mont Blanc,

I would like to express my concerns regarding the Mont Blanc store in Aventura, Florida, in particular one employee by the name of Rodriguez. I live 18 miles from your store and it takes me over an hour to get to your store in South Florida traffic. It is the holiday season where stores usually sell more than the rest of the year and I don't understand why your store would close at 7PM when the mall closes at 9PM.

I have called your 1-800 number and filed a complaint and they advised that they would have the store call to see if they could wait for me so that I could attempt to return something I had previously purchased. I drove to your store 3 times and was not able to get there before 7PM to return my purchase. The day I finally made it on time, the service and treatment by Ms Rodriguez was beyond terrible. I was there for over an hour. One of the questions for Ms Rodriguez was why did no one call me when I called corporate and filed a complaint about their hours and her reply was they were too busy to return calls. My other question was if I ordered something online and I returned online would give me a full refund, why would she only give me a store credit? Her response was that I had to ask the corporate office.

So I'm writing to you Corporate Executives as per her instructions. Why do you have a double standard? SInce all that was offered was a store credit I tried to purchase for my wife a pen as a Christmas gift against my $1600.00 store credit and she could not do it. She said the system was not working and that the purchase could not be done at the same time that I needed to come back the next day to complete the transaction. I asked her if she had lost her mind that I live over an hour away and that I wanted my credit back on my credit card and she refused to do it. I left my returned merchandise (briefcase) and left the store. I have shopped numerous times at other Mont Blanc stores and I have never been treated this way. I am requesting a full refund to my credit card for this purchase and an apology for the salesperson for her unprofessional behavior and treatment.

Terrible service and a complete waste of our money. The brand aims to be high quality, but in reality, it is NOT. We purchased the briefcase for my boyfriend, and the buckled completely broke and fell apart. Additionally, the stitching starts ripping off shortly after the purchase. The store employee said that the best they could do was ship it somewhere to fix it, and we have to wait for about two months. No effort was made to fix it faster or provide an alternative solution for the problem. For 1700$, you get the quality of cheap basement factory goods. I would never buy anything there again.

I had an excellent experience at the Mont Blanc store in Aventura Mall. The salesperson that helped me was Valentina. She is very knowledgeable and very relatable. Thank you, Valentina, for taking the time to show me the absolutely beautiful new pens in the Mont Blanc Writers Series. I am completely in love with them. I look forward to visiting this store again in the near future.

Excellent customer service by Valentina Pan and this is the only Montblanc Store intrust with my pens in S. Fl. Engraving performed perfectly and wonderful customer service. Compared to Dadeland (which persistently has poor customer service and poor service Aventura treats customers like true Montblanc aficionado.
