Love the clothes I just bought recently. I do find the original pricing a bit too rich and would never buy at those prices but the "sale" prices are prices I would normally pay with the odd 10 to 20 percent saved in real terms to my eyes. Obviously as a new customer I don't know if clothes will last but they should do as I feel the quality is definitely there so far and I know I will put extra care into washing them. I bought a multi coloured check shirt which is quite expensive (even in sale) considering it's thinner material used comparing to other shirts I have but as a summer shirt it's thinness is a good thing. The quickness of delivery and packaging is top notch service second to none. My fave purchases so far is unique blue black check jeans and white ribbed jumper.

I used to purchase a decent amount from Percival. Since it became a ‘celebrity’ brand, pricing has rocketed - T-shirts used to be £25 and now they’re almost £60 - quality remains the same. It’s a shame really, as you’re no longer affordable to normal working people.

I have bought several t-shirts from Percival and all the collars and shoulder stitching is of poor quality. They don't sit properly and are very creased in the back of the neck which looks ridiculous when on. I contacted them for support and then said to cold wash it, but one of the t-shirts was brand new and never worn. Won't be ordering anything from them again.

Edit - Not sure how you can stand by the t shirts when so many of them are in poor quality. It would be impossible not to notice them when shipping, so it was clearly done on purpose hoping that you could get away with it. Unethical and zero accountability.

I discovered Percival last year and bought four items from them, via the website, on sale. I bought two woollen shirts, a pair of black trousers and a jumper.

The jumper bobbled horribly straight away, I still wear it but only in the office. My trousers are good but the stitching in the pockets went on the second wear; and having only wore both the shirts a couple of time each, I found that on the second wash some of the stitching in the collars have gone too.

I really like the Percival brand and was going to do another shop there, but clearly the price is no indicator of quality.

I think I came to Percival as a brand because they had high ethical standards, but if that doesn't include the longevity of garments, then I'm not sure how anyone can think that to be the case.

I have bought three things from this brand (two t shirts and a jumper), while the quality of clothing is nice it's amazing how inconsistent this brand is with their embroidery 2/3 of my items were embroider badly which is shocking to me considering the price for the clothing. I expected better.

EDIT // received a response to my review very quickly. Went in to the shop in person and the suit had been delivered in my size that afternoon. The chap was very helpful and I love the suit. Even gave me a beer for the walk home. Cheers!

PS be aware that same day delivery is reliant on stock in store / whereas 48hr and next day is delivered from warehouse.

These are the finest garms ever. I've slowly migrated lots of the rubbish from my wardrobe replacing 1 by 1 with beautiful Percival pieces. Buy a nice shirt or jacket for a special event and afterward it goes into everyday wear, and now my everyday wear gets compliments wherever I go. Keep doing what you are doing folks, I'm a big fan. Lovely people in store as well, attentive but not annoying

As per the long list of people before me - I returned an item and received the confirmation email that my return had been received. 3 weeks later and 3 emails with no response, I am still waiting for my refund. I suggest you find a way to rectify your customer service or you will lose a lot of customers! Particularly 1st time users of Percival…..
