Have just recently bought two bracelets from Pig & Hen. Both absolutely beautiful however one was too small. I returned it and got the correct size within 2 days! Highly recommend Pig & Hen and I will definitely be buying more in the near future. Thank you!

We visited the Flagship store this week and the service we’ve experienced was wonderful. The quality is really amazing, as you can wear (most) bracelets while swimming/showering. The designs are really unique, having both masculine but also delicate designs for women.

My wife and I wanted to say special thanks to Tyler who was such a happy, positive soul making our shopping experience perfect (so management, if you read this: you want to hold on to this one).

We’ll definitely come back to expand our collection 🤩

Think before you put an international order online from this shop

I had the most frustrating experience with the customer service. It was as if I was talking to a robot with ChatGPT responses.

So many things went wrong in my order:-
- packaging was damaged and dirty
- strange metal objects turn up together in the same parcel
- bracelet was in the wrong colour (I ordered black)
- bracelet has dent in the links, quality was t what I expected at this price
- bracelet size was too loose
- free gift is missing (why bother to ask me to pick if you’re not going to send it)

The bracelet was meant to be a birthday gift for my husband, now I can’t use it. I emailed Pig & Hen, they simply ignored my request for a return for full refund and kept sending emails about the order going wrong and that customer should pay for return shipping. At no point did they offer to send me any free return shipping like other online companies as it’s no fault of mine. After 5 to 6 email later, all one sided pre-set email responses, suddenly I get an email telling me my replacement is shipped!! without even confirming that’s if what I want. There is also no option for me to return and exchange for a different size either. It just bulldozed its way over the customer.

I can see other bad reviews and it’s the same problem. Pig & Hen has not fixed their customer service issues. I feel like I’m talking to a robot which just does what it thinks you want without confirming.

I DO NOT WANT A REPLACEMENT. I WANT A FULL REFUND with return shipping. Order arrived damaged in wrong colour is not my fault.

First thing staff are fantastic. I had an issue with my bracelet , and although my faults they determined it was the fastening were too stiff so they exchange for me with out asking. The quality is amazing and the story (and eating them) is cool . Great quality and great service from the staff who are so helpful

Scarso, deludente e non soddisfacente. Ricevuto oggetto in regalo che manifesta un difetto nel giro del primo anno. Riporto il difetto al customer care dove mi invitano a scegliere un altro prodotto dello stesso stesso prezzo dalla collezione perché il mio non più in produzione. Purtroppo neanche il customer care sa non esistere un prodotto allo stesso prezzo. Mi viene offerto dopo tre mesi di infinite mail di integrare il prezzo pagato per acquistarne uno della nuova collezione. Al mio rifiuto la soluzione offerta è il rimborso. Un cliente perso indubbiamente, un attenzione al cliente davvero scadente, Pig&hen non sono poi così inseparabili
