Beware when dealing with the Plaza Lincoln service department. Pay special attention to everything or be prepared to be unpleasantly surprised. I have been a Lincoln customer for nearly 20 years and this is the first time I felt I was taken advantage of and that Lincoln was more interested in the cash in my pocket than good customer service and my loyalty to Lincoln. I have enjoyed my Lincoln vehicles but owning a Lincoln may not be worth it if the service offered by Plaza Lincoln is an example of how Lincoln will treat their customers going forward. Please note that in all fairness, I will be glad to speak to a representative from Plaza Lincoln about my latest experience.

Absolutely fantastic experience! The diesel manager was exceptional—knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure our concerns were addressed. The mechanics did impeccable work on our truck, and it’s running better than ever.

Plaza lincoln has a nice waiting area for service customers. the lady's room is very clean and convenient to the waiting area. they also provide water,coffee,juice and snacks free of charge which is very nice and considerate.

Very pleasurable car buying experience. Gaige and Chad were great to work with. Started the process online and communicated via text and call before going in the dealership. Plaza Lincoln's team of recall specialists pride themselves of ensuring customers are contacted and promptly scheduling appointments to resolve potential recall issues. from Erica's initial call, appointment setting and followup were superb. Austin the assigned technology service tech was equally diligent and professional. he communicated the steps required to complete the process he was assigned to troubleshoot and resolve. when he was done, he advised of his actions and steps performed to resolve the issue. great job!!!
