I worked with Matthew who walked us thru every step flawlessly. I appreciated his knowledge —without the salesy/pushy feel. He let me decide at my own pace —just provided his opinion on each MH in the fleet. I can’t comment on any of the other reps, although I’m sure they are great. I would recommend searching him out specifically. Especially if you want a straight shooter.

Has made our RV purchase smooth and easy.
The moment we entered we were greeted with a warm and friendly smile the young lady who greeted us was pleasant and knowledgeable the office was neat well organized the decor with living plant made for a relaxing wait as they called our salesman Kevin great personality again made the experience enjoyable made sure that we had a variety of RV to look at as we had a specific vehicle in mind no pressure was felt throughout our navigation in the sea of RV to choose from.
The rest of the team finance department, parts were accommodating great customer service!😊

If you’re looking on getting repairs done here or putting your camper/fifth wheel up for sale here. I would highly recommend you find a better motor home place, stick to camping world or the other one that is right around the area. Brought my fifth wheel here to have the roof redone and the slide out seals done, and to be put up on the lot, well here we are a year and a half later, I go to pick up the fifth wheel because they’ve had no luck at selling it and upon arrival to pick it up, the employees were beyond rude, not helpful at all, and beyond unprofessional. Paid for an extra service that was not even signed for , almost $800, paid for the seals to be replaced, which are all cracked out and busted up, paid for a $545 detail that was not even a quarter of the way reasonable, even asked them to take the detail off of the “package” I chose and they denied that, after there were clothes left in the drawers for a year in a half, even having it up for sale on their lot, and the clothes still being in there last weekend when we tried to come and pick it up, and STILL In there after we got home, when I arrived they were JUST starting the detail, wiping the outside down, which they did a very poor job at and looks like they took a Brillo pad to the side of it and didn’t even get to the inside of it, bugs all in the shower, food crumbs all on the floor, dirt piled up on the floor, they ended up taking our tripod jack stand for the front of the fifth wheel , left both the propane tanks on the whole year and a half it was sitting up there. Very very poor service , they knew we were coming a week in advance and had plenty of time to detail it but waiting until the last minute to even start on the detail. And not even that, but you cannot reach anybody on the phone at all. Got our fifth wheel back, but had to clean it myself after I spent $545 for them to professionally detail it, the under garments were still in the closets, which is pathetic. At 6 months pregnant, I promise that is the last thing I wanted to do was come out that money and still have to do it all myself.

SUPERIOR! STOP! Don’t go anywhere else. I have been looking for the right camper for months. Been to various sales places BUT this place is so unique! First, you’re NOT bombarded at the gate and having to give your life information as soon as you open your car door. They simply ask you if you know what you’re looking for. If you do, they hand you a list and you can go view and have fun! Anything you want to look at in the lot is open to you to snoop around. This gives you time to think, enjoy and compare models. When you are ready to start asking questions, you simply go to them, my sales rep was Kevin, and they have all the information and knowledge that you want. I bought a camper there today. The price was incredible and the process was the simplest thing I’ve ever gone through in a large purchase. If I ever get another camper in the future, I promise, not go any place else but here.
