I want to take the time to thank Agnes and the rest of the St Cross team. Agnes was very warm to me and my wife when we visited for my appointment. We brought our new born daughter along for the experience. I got to try on two watches. I was considering the Cartier Santos white dial and a Cartier Santos Blue Dial. Firstly, I really must commend Agnes with her prompt communication. She always responded to my emails, was very good about scheduling appointments, and always followed up! I also have to say that Agnes was spot on with her feedback on which watch looked best on me.

Secondly, I have to comment on how some authorized dealers (especially those representing Rolex) typically do not give you the time of day. This was not my experience at St Cross. In fact, Agnes took her time to explain what I could expect and was honest about a timeline for what I would like. I do hope to continue my relationship with St Cross and do future business with them. Since they are super close to where I live by USC, I will pay them a visit from time to time.

I first contacted SC to obtain a Rolex Explorer prior to my wedding, as a gift. Andy, and the staff at SC, found an Explorer for me quickly, and we agreed on a price during that same call. The price was consistent with what was featured on Rolex's site, and extremely fair given the demand on Rolex at the time. No one at SC was pretentious and everyone seemed eager to help.

When I arrived at the store with my wife, we were greeted warmly, and made comfortable while the watch was made available to us. SC honored the negotiated price, sized the bracelet without difficulty, and gave me a quick tutorial on the features of the piece.

SC made the buying experience both memorable and a pleasure.

I will add that SC was not the first Rolex dealer I tried. My wife and I first went to Geary's in Beverly Hills and there, we had the opposite experience. The sales staff was not informed about the product and seemed disinterested in helping us make our purchase. As luck would have it, BOTH Geary's and SC had the watch we were looking for, but SC made the process so much better, the difference was noticeable.

Whenever I want to make a Rolex purchase in the future, I am going straight to SC.

Had the most AMAZING experience at Saint Cross. Harry and his team completely blew me away with their courtesy, professionalism, and utmost respect throughout the entire process.

I was in the market to purchase a Rolex for the first time and had my eyes set on a Rolex GMT Rootbeer. I am aspiring watch collector and had never purchased a Rolex before. I had spoken to a few other ADs in both LA and San Diego and had been told that the Rootbeer was a hard piece to get and that I needed to “build a relationship” and purchase a gold piece before I would be considered. However, I was celebrating a milestone in my life and only this watch was right for celebrating as it has been my top on my wishlist for just too long.

One day, sitting in my living frustrated, I remembered this AD that I had visited a lot in college (Saint Cross) where I would go and try on watches. I decided to send them a message via the Rolex web site. In less than an hour, I get an email from the COO (Harry An) who congratulated me on my milestone. I went to Saint Cross later the next week and met with him in person. Harry very politely told me that they did not have the watch in stock at the moment, however he will put me on their list and let me know when one is available. He never asked me to buy a gold piece first or buy anything else to move up the list. Fast forward about a month later and I get a message from Harry saying my watch is ready. I was in absolute shock!

I picked up the watch last week and am just speechless. In the Rolex world we live in today I feel like it so hard to find dealers who are so kind and thoughtful, knowing that these pieces just fly off the shelves. Saint Cross has earned my trust and I am glad to call them my AD!

Thank you Harry and the entire team for making this the most memorable watch buying experience I could have asked for. Looking forward to building my collection with you guys!

I had a great experience at Saint Cross. I was looking for a Cartier Santos and I'd previously been very disappointed by the service at Cartier boutiques so I was happy to avoid all that and go through Saint Cross as an authorized dealer.

Isaac was extremely helpful as I tried on each model and made my decision on which to buy. He even took extra time to explain the details of the watch, warranty and packaging without seeming rushed.

Beyond Cartier Saint Cross offers a variety of other watches including IWC, Piaget, Breguet and plans to offer Chanel soon as well. I would defintely recommend and will come back if I'm in the market for a new watch!
