Ich wollte mir eine Jaeger LeCoultre Reverso anschauen, ich bekundete mein Interesse an der Uhr und wurde dann leider vertröstet das ich einen Termin brauche (obwohl ich im Hintergrund mindestens einen freien Mitarbeiter sah) wir wurden wieder aus dem Laden gebeten, es wurde uns kein Termin angeboten.
Ich hatte im Urlaub leider nur meine Sportschuhe und eine Basecap an, was der Dame schon vor dem öffnen der Sicherheitstür nur einen abwertendem Blick wert war.

Wir haben 2023 und viele Juweliere verstehen leider noch nicht das man auch in Jeans und T-Shirt ernsthaftes Kaufinteresse haben kann.

Mein Kaufversuch über Chrono24 scheiterte. Nachdem man mir ein schriftliches Angebot für eine Pequignet Rue Royale gemacht hatte und mein Geld bereits unterwegs war, wurde der Kauf storniert. Angeblich war die Uhr bereits vergriffen. Nur wurde sie wenige Stunden später zum 1,5 fachen Preis erneut angeboten. Auf meine Mail wurde dann gar nicht mehr geantwortet!

Nach Rolex braucht man gar nicht erst fragen. Man wird schnell abgewiesen. Ansonsten ist das Geschäft sehr schön.

Mijn ervaring bij Schaap Citroen was fantastisch! Ik heb mijn eerste Rolex bij hen gekocht en ben enorm tevreden over de service. Het team is ontzettend vriendelijk en professioneel, en de manager zorgt ervoor dat je je meteen op je gemak voelt. Wat ik echt waardeer, is dat ze je niet alleen helpen, maar ook echt proberen te zorgen voor de beste ervaring. Als ze kunnen helpen, doen ze dat met plezier. Ik ben blij met mijn aankoop en kan Schaap Citroen van harte aanbevelen.
Binnen kort tijd voor een nieuwe horloge!:)

You should visit this store. One of the best if not the best experiences I had at a watch boutique.

Lars is evidently passionate about watches as we had an amazing conversation and he showed me some cool watches in his collection.

Arthur was also a great and down to earth guy and I enjoyed talking to him about watches. Both were so generous and kind to not only let me try on different pieces, but also gave me free gifts with my purchase that I find great value in!

Thank you for a great experience and I cannot wait to go back!

I recently had my vintage Rolex datejust serviced via Schaap en Citroen in Amsterdam. My experience with the boutique was overall positive, I'm very happy with the end result, however I would have liked more effort in the communications and interaction I had (this is more so with the actual service centre than the boutique). As a brand like Rolex and the price tag that follows I think commandeds that level of service.

For example, when inquiring about replacement parts suggested on the vintage watch, it took a number of days to get a hold of the staff to ensure this wouldn't be Frankensteined together from contemporary and older parts. Another example is slight damage to the case I noticed upon return of the watch (my crown tube needed to be replaced for water proof purposes, noticible damage is around the the crown now, see pic). This wasn't mentioned in any email communication or stated when I received the watch back. Something a luxury brand needs to be accountable for, in my opinion.

Besides these, and a few other points of contention, the outcome of the service was excellent. I would use the service again, but I would be more vigilant next time on my expectations, and hope that they would be heard and respected given Rolex's stature in the market.

I recently visited the store to look at Patek Philippe watches, but unfortunately, the experience was far from what I expected. The salesman who assisted us was incredibly dismissive and acted as if we were not worth his time. He had an attitude that made it seem like he owned the place, and had no interest in helping us or even engaging in a basic conversation about the watches. His demeanor was unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome, as if we were an inconvenience rather than potential customers.

For a store selling luxury items, I would have expected much better service. It's disappointing to be treated with such arrogance, especially when you're considering making a significant purchase. I won't be returning, and I certainly wouldn't recommend this store to anyone looking for a respectful and attentive shopping experience.
