Generally enjoy the products they sell here, but I’ve found out that some are made in china and yet still hold the high price value, which in my mind is unethical. So I’m having second thoughts about buying things from them in the future and would recommend others take not of this, especially if you want to avoid such unethical products

My husband and I love this brand and have a lot of their outdoor/camping gear. We loved the store and seeing, in person, so many of their products that we don’t already have, especially the clothes. We didn’t actually own any of the clothing before going to the store in London during our short trip, but we now also love their clothing line. Back home, we can only buy most of the Snow Peak products (especially the clothes) online, and the photos of the clothes in the online shop are not flattering and don’t do justice in terms of how they actually fit in real life. The clothes are well made/designed, functional, while being flattering. We will now be more open to shopping their clothes online as well. Wish we had more time in London so we can go back one more time. 😬

Best quality Japanese outdoor shop. Large and stylish store right in the middle of London. Unfortunately the upstairs wasn't open. Snow mountain festival is on now.

Bought a backpack from its online store which is of horrible quality with loose threads and white stains all over the place. Feedback was provided and the customer service just simply replied that the backpack was not defective without further action.

A very disappointing shopping experience and will not consider buying any products from this brand again given its low quality. The quality could not match its high price at all!

The one and only Snow Peak store in Europe. We love visiting there and really wish it would have more SP products coming to the UK market. There are no comparable competitors here in the UK that sell such high-quality and nicely designed camping gear, at least for now. A true Snow Peaker here!
