While this store is a little pricey, I have been impressed time and time again by the quality of products and customer service. Shopping for bras isn’t always the most fun, but they are very professional and make sure you’re comfortable when you leave. In years of going there I have only ever had one small problem, and the sales associate went above and beyond by replacing the product free of charge. Would definitely recommend purchasing from here!

It was terrible! I had two liver transplants and was looking for advice and direction of size and support. I went on 4/10/24 and the I asked the clerk for front-close bra and she never brought me one. She even brought me two support bras which she could clearly see were not going to work on a 73 year old. I have to say it was humiliating to say the least. I will definitely tell people!!!

Very impressed with service. They helped me find my correct size of bra and suggested a different style from which I've been wearing my entire life that made me look like a fool. After trying on a different style, It felt so much better I kept the bra on and threw my old on in their garbage. So happy I stopped. I highly recommend.

I heard about this store through a friend. I don't live in the area but I finally got to visit the store. I lost over 40lbs and desperately needed new bras. The sales lady that worked with me was absolutely incredible. She was extremely helpful in finding me the best bras for me. She was patient, informative, kind, and made me feel so comfortable. I will be visiting this store again!

I am in love with the cool nights pajama collection, my mother-in-law purchased a set for me and they are hands down my favorite pajamas now! They feel luxurious and are so incredibly comfortable!
In addition, the staff who work there are absolutely wonderful and I so admire and appreciate their willingness to go above and beyond for their customers. I personally worked with someone at the store named Heather and cannot thank her enough for the additional help she provided when I had to reorder an item because the previous one was stolen off our porch. She took the time to listen to me, re-order it and went above and beyond to ensure that it arrived safely for me this time around. Thank you!

I had the most wonderful experience at Soma in the Fox River Mall! I went in looking for a gift for a friend who's a fan of the brand. Right away I was greeted by the kindest staff members. I told them my situation and they were a tremendous help! They asked questions about my friends preferences in sleepwear, made me aware of the sales, and helped me pick out the right size and color for my gift! They even gift boxed the item for me! I was so pleased I bought a pair of pajamas for myself! I'll definitely be recommending Soma to my friends and family! Thank you for such great service!

I will continue to shop here because I love the lady that helped me. I was always told I was a double D. I had her measure me and I turn out to be an H.
It was amazing to find bras that fit me.
I forgot my wallet and came back to look also for underwear.
The lady asked what I liked wearing.
I replied with high waisted.
Then another worker commented while laughing, “Do you like them under your breast. That high.”
That comment threw me off because I don’t understand how that led to that comment.
I replied with that I had to do high waisted due to a C section.

For me I would have never made a comment like that that made someone feel uncomfortable or insecure about where they like to wear clothing items.

It feels a little weird to write a review for a women's clothing store, but my wife was so pleased with this shop. The staff here are very friendly, professional, and know what they are talking about when it comes to being fitted and discovering what sizes you really need. If you want quality and great service, and are tired of bras that don't fit right, look no further!
