This place is top tier Reno! The property manager Maddie was very informative of the property and even gave us a guided tour. The management company is very lucky to have her as an employee. I recommended this place to anyone looking for a central location in downtown Reno. Good restaurants and bars in walking distance along with the Truckee River. The amenities in the apartments are brand new also. The floor to ceiling windows and balcony units are awesome. Thanks to the whole MOD team for making my experience a great one!

Overall, living at the Mod was a positive experience. At the beginning of my stay there were some issues with doors to the building not being locked and the elevator not working but new management seems to have fixed both of those problems. Skylar the property manager is excellent - he's friendly, responsive, and helpful. Units have high ceilings and feel pretty modern, but the walls between units are a little bit thin. However, using the HVAC fan drowns out most background noise. There are some homeless people that reside in the area, but I think that's just the nature of living in downtown Reno. In summary, the place has nice units with modern appliances in a new building with a prime location downtown, but it's common to see homeless people in the area.

The location is beautiful right by the river and in the heart of downtown. Public areas are always clean and the staff is always willing to assist. The events thrown by the property manager and her team are awesome. Great apartment community. Wish I could give more stars.

I am absolutely thrilled with The Mod  2! The view from my apartment is stunning, especially since I’m a nature love who wanted to be close to the river for me and my puppy. The gym is fantastic, and everything here is brand new. The office staff is simple amazing! Highly recommend!

Skyler is the best! He is always a pleasure to talk with and is constantly walking the property and making sure everything is in tip top shape. Definitely the best experience I’ve had with apartments and management.

The manager is very friendly, quick to respond, and willing to work with me. They were upfront about possible move-in date changes, due to the building being under construction. Despite the construction, I was able to tour a finished apartment, which was an unexpected but pleasant surprise. The location is perfect, the apartments are brand new, spacious, and beautiful. I’m very excited to live here!

My husband and I were very impressed by the community after we visited. We happily consider living here to be closer to family and I'm definitely recommending it to friends. Reno is the new place to be! (The staff is really lovely too, a big plus.)
