New store within the power station. Spacious. With lots of different styles on display ( who ever did the mannequins 👌🏾 good job ) The staff are really friendly and laid back. I never felt any pressure to buy anything and what ever I wanted and they didn't have they ordered in for me which only took 3 days.

I came in here for a coat for my daughter and the customer service was outstanding. We were served by both Molly and Jaz and they were so helpful and knowledgeable. They spent a lot of time to make sure we were happy. We would highly recommend this store for the products but also for the excellent service that you don't always get elsewhere.

I visited this afternoon and was served by a lovely young man by the name of Jahz, he was so polite, helpful, and he went out of his way, to show me different sizes, different styles, in store and online, after my purchase we chatted for a short while, which he didn’t need to do but he was just so lovely. Well done Northface Battersea Power Station for employing a young man with wonderful manners, credit to your store and brand. 👏🏻 👏🏻 👏🏻

Nicely design shop, but ultimately didn't buy anything because there were no prices on a lot of the items — it's just frustrating. I'd expect that in a "if you have to ask, you can't afford it" type shop. but let's be real, it's just North Face!

PS - also annoying that there are only 2 sizes for most items displayed. Yes, it makes the shop look better, but it adds friction.

I went to shop to get jacket for upcoming autumn and winter but when I asked for the size a staff checked and informed me that they don't have it. I was a bit disappointed.. I was about to leave but he said we can order in. He explained how the process works which I didn't knew about it that store able to order and he also mentioned that is much easier to return it than ordering online. Which I was pleased as I hate talking customer service and they take too long in my previous experience.. They took my details and I just paid. Simple and less hassle 😜
Delivery was quick and efficient. I got just what I ordered. That seems hard for other companies... My new jacket looks great and fits just right. You cannot imagine my glee😘

I came with my husband and brother around 30 minutes prior to the closing on a Friday. We were looking for a jacket for my brother. The attitude of the staff was unhelpful bordering on hostile. They provided curt responses to our questions, and made us feel utterly unwelcome. We were shocked. We proceeded to leave the store, and we purchased an excellent down jacket from the Arcteryx store in Battersea Power Station, where the customer service was exemplary.

Useless staff. I just got in right now to find some gear I need and the staff stays behind the till speaking to each other. I made multiple hand gestures towards them to get help as I needed help finding an item but nobody moved they kept talking to each other. The store was empty I was the only customer here. I needed hiking shoes and a backpack and I leave with nothing. I went to the Battersea store earlier and it was the same sort of behaviour from the staff.

Quit hiring people like that
