Eén ster is zelfs teveel voor de service die ons werd gegeven in Amsterdam. De medewerkster met de bril rond vond het nodig om cliënteel te kleineren toen er vragen werden gesteld over de materialen die gebruikt zijn bij de ringen, wat uiteraard verschilt van sieraad tot sieraad. Ze vond het ook gepast om te lachen in het gezicht van klanten toen er gevraagd werd of het witgoud is of zilver, en vond het grappig dat we 'niets weten over diamanten'. Nou daar kom ik nooit meer terug, ik betreur het contact heel erg. Persoonlijk zou ik het niet pikken als mijn high-end brand op zulke wijze zou worden gerepresenteerd in een wereldstad zoals Amsterdam.

Terrible customer service, we wanted to buy a necklace and a ring and we were not taken serious bc we are a bit younger (21years). They didnt even say hello or something just watched us like creeps. Would never recommend to go to this store.

Super hartelijk geholpen vandaag. Zonder een intentie om te kopen kenbaar te maken, gaf de vriendelijke verkoopster uitgebreid uitleg over de verschillende soorten diamanten. Heel fijne ervaring!

For the money for which you sell silver products, the quality could have been better!
I have always been sure of the quality of Tiffany.co jewelry, but these earrings I received changed my mind. Defects (rust) on both earrings. Disappointment

I visited this store for my 24th birthday in hope to buy a Return to Tiffany necklace with the two hearts. Once I arrived at this store there was a middle aged man who looked like a security guard, however he eventually asked if we needed any help so I told him what necklace I was looking for. His response was “we only sell diamonds here” which is him implying I’m not rich enough to buy any diamonds. I asked if the other store would have any of the necklaces I liked and he said no. He didn’t offer to call or look on the computer for me. I left the store feeling really frustrated and upset as I was really looking forward to buying my first Tiffany necklace.

We ended up calling the other store in Amsterdam, where I spoke to Priscilla and she told me they had lots of necklaces like that in store and for me to come over! I ended up finding my dream necklace and even got the one with the diamond, they gave me champagne and made it feel super special!

Such a shame the store in de Bijenkorf didn’t give their customers the same treatment it nearly ruined my birthday.

Normally I never leave a bad review but I just really don’t recommend Tiffany. (This is my first bad review ever)
I would recommend going to another Tiffany store or the online store. Ultimately saves a lot of misery and a lot of money.

If you’re still going to this Tiffany store:

- Always check for yourself on Tiffany’s website to see if something is in stock.
Don’t blindly believe that it cannot be ordered or that there’s a long waiting list for it.
They want you to believe that something cannot be ordered so that you buy a much more expensive alternative in the store.
We were told several times that it could not be ordered, until we showed them the Tiffany website. Then suddenly they could order it.

- Also don’t blindly believe that prices will increase so that you feel pressure to place an order as quickly as possible. We did that and the prices are now, 6 months later, still the same.

- The staff all say something different and do not provide good guidance.

My boyfriend bought me an engagement ring here, everything went well.
We also wanted our wedding rings from Tiffany so we went to Tiffany to pick out our wedding rings.
When we arrived there the staff told us that the prices will increase from the following week and if we still want to buy the rings at the old price, we have to order this week.
So we quickly made a choice and decided to order the rings so we can benefit from the old prices.

After 10 weeks of waiting, the wedding rings finally arrived and we went to the store to pick up the rings.
When we arrived, It turned out that they ordered the wrong rings.
We really wanted to have the wedding rings that we had chosen 10 weeks ago, so we asked the staff if they could still order it for us.
The staff indicated that the rings we want are very scarce and there is a long waiting list for it.

We then went for a walk around the store to look for other rings, however they showed more expensive rings, more than double the price!
When we asked whether the rings really cannot be ordered, we were told the same thing several times that it’s impossible to order the rings.
So we ultimately opted for a more expensive ring because it felt like we had no choice due to the down payment we made for the rings 10 weeks ago.

They told us that they are sorry that we had to wait 10 weeks for the rings and that they want to give a gift as compensation.
Since they couldn’t find the gift in the store, they would send it to our house and we would receive it within 1-2 days.
Well, we never received the gifts.

One hour after we left the store, we looked at Tiffany’s website to see which models were still available (since we were not really happy with the rings) we saw that our rings can be ordered on the website in every size!
We then ordered the rings we initially wanted and the rings were delivered to our house within 2 days!
We sent a photo of this to our personal advisor and he indicated that it was probably not yet up to date in their system.
He didn’t apologize, nothing!

We feel very ripped off because we bought the rings that are almost 3x more expensive because we have been told several times that the rings we want, CANNOT be ordered.

We went back later to return the more expensive rings. No apologies were made to us at the time, nor was anything told about the gift we would receive.
BTW: the price increases were never applied, we ordered back in September 2023, now it’s March 2024 and the price is still the same.
They just wanted us to place an order as soon as possible.

Never again.

I wanted to adjust my engagement ring and also buy earrings from olive collection. I didn't expect that bad communication from workers. Feels like they height their job and people and life in general. Also very limited stock. In general it's a place I would never want to come back to. We thought to buy our wedding rings here as well, but not anymore.

If I could put one star - I would. I came by to a corner feeling excited about my (as I thought) new Tiffany necklace. The sales assistant ( a middle age men) was too busy to notice me - he was busy with his phone - needed to walk 2 times around. I asked him - are you working here ( I thought May be he is a security covering) - he said he is working here. I said that - I am searching for a necklace with 2 hearts - he said - go there and point me on a window. I said - I am looking for a silver one. He just said the price without showing me even a necklace. He didn’t smile once. He didn’t try to be engaging. I have more than 10 years experience in customer service in retail and this was completely one of the most horrible experience. I have left without any purchase and in a totally bad mood. I have purchased from Tiffany corner in Bijenkorf before. The lady who was assisting me last time - was absolutely lovely and I was kind of hoping to get the same customer service! Unfortunately it was completely ruined!!
