I went in to repair a slow leak on my rear tire. They refused to repair it due to the tire wear; even as a temporary measure. $500 later, I ended up buying two tires, well ahead of plan, with their take it or leave it attitude. I knew I would eventually need tires, but being forced along this path, without any other option, is not the way I would have treated my customer. I owned an Auto Service Center in Berryville, VA, for 15 years, whereby customer service was a priority. In this case, I let this slide. My wife and daughter were with me, and I needed it repaired. I will not be back there again.

I called Tires Plus and told them that there was a screw in my tire. The gentleman said to bring it right in. He said it may take about 2 hours because they were very busy. It only took about an hour to plug and patch the tire. Very courteous and fair. I would definitely recommend this business and would not hesitate to bring my car back.

My son went to get tires replaced. We had to wait for the tires to come in. We were waiting for them, and also had to have the plugs replaced. Waited for 1 1/2 hours. Another 6 customers were there waiting with us also. Tires Plus guy said he would order us a pizza lunch for being so patient for the wait. I thought he was kidding. Well, there he comes in with 2 pizza's, breadsticks, wings, and soda. He's like, okay guys, don't be bashful. Enjoy! These guys are the best, friendly, and explained all services to all the customers. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you so much. 3/29/24.

A couple months ago, I came in since my AC was broken and blowing hot air. Despite arriving early to my previously scheduled appointment, I waited three hours to be told they had no idea what was wrong but the diagnostic process they wanted to do would be ~$200 to start. I was mildly taken aback, told them to forget it and I would be fine just with their consultation - which they also threw in with an itemized list of everything else they felt was wrong with my car, totalling around 2k at least. This assessment and quote was unasked for. I am reviewing now because I was told very recently by a different garage what the problem was within 30 minutes. Considering how expensive the actual fix is, this place would've easily charged me double since I can only assume they saw me as an easy mark. Avoid if you look gullible I guess - unfortunately for them, I am not.
