asked them to rotate my tires and they were only recommending that I do it a different way, but said that they would comply with my wants and needs. After I get my car, they did what they wanted & refused to do what I asked per their policy. Should have been upfront about the policy to begin with not just a recommendation. I was not notified. They just did what they wanted to do and sent me on my way.

I arrived the first time for an oil change and they told me they aren't doing anymore after 12pm, I was like there is 5 hrs left? The mechanic says, it's only him there today, and there will be more tomorrow and there are a lot of cars left.

The mechanic tells me, to come early before everyone and you'll be fine. So here I arrive at 7:08am (after a night shift working), 8 minutes after they open and the lady at the desk says they are booked for the day.

I was like, for an oil change 8 minutes after you open?" She says "yes people have been setting appointments and we are booked until tomorrow mid day.

I was like how is a place that has a 6 bay garage or fits 6 cars at a time, booked with only a couple cars in the parking lot (including mine). They only do oil changes and tire work, no major repairs.

Horrible experience, seeing how I did exactly what they asked to only get the same result. But more driving.

I ordered 2 tires from Walmart app, the recommended size by manufacturer and Walmart app, they refused to install them. They said they have to match the back ones and they tried to sell me different ones that cost more. I asked the speaker to the manager Susan and this is the worst pat, I never seen disrespectful, arrogant, impolite, person like her, poor customer service speaking with attitude and shouting like she owns the world, I will never ever come back to Walmart for car service

I had a great experience for my first time at this location. I see all the bad reviews and I’m so happy I didn’t get that experience it took them 45 minutes to put on four brand new tires that I purchased off of walmart.com and schedule my appointment the same time so far so good and yes, you do need to make an appointment so please do that. Just don’t show up. You’re gonna be let down.

I took tires to be put onto my Honda Civic. I pick my car up to my rims damaged on all four rims. If you decide to go take pictures of your rims before going so that you have proof that nothing was wrong with them prior to having work done. No this is not from scrapping up against the curbs because that is what the manager said.

My husband and I had an early morning appointment, but he was concerned about our car battery. He took the car to the Auto Center, and they had a new battery in right away. Great team. Thanks for the great job

0 STARS! I went into Walmart in person Tuesday to drop my vehicle off for an oil change and they said they were booked until Thursday. I asked them what time is good and he told me 12:30 Thursday afternoon so I left and came back Thursday for my appointment. I had a busy day today and figured I would give them more time to work so I dropped my car off around 10:30 am and figured I would pick it up later on after work around 5-6 pm.

When I arrived at 10:30 am it took 30 minutes to get someone to take my car in for the appointment. I pulled up at the cones and employees are walking by me standing in front of my car like I’m not there and when someone finally came to greet me I could sense that he didn’t want to work on my vehicle.

The guy was rude and acted like I was bothering him by dropping my car off and he started telling me that they might not have my oil filter in stock and I might get a call in an hour or so telling me to come pick my car up. I asked him if he could check for the filter really quick before I dropped my vehicle off and paid for an Uber back to work and he said no, he couldn’t check until it was time to do the work.

I end up leaving my car and Ubering back to work but I had a feeling my appointment would get canceled bc it was clear they did not want to do the work. Sure enough about an hour later I get a text saying my appointment is canceled and they said they don’t have the filter. I immediately get on the app to check for oil filters for my vehicle and they have 8 in stock and when I got back to the store I confirmed that they do have plenty of them and they just didn’t want to work on my car. I tried to talk to them about it but at this point I just want to leave and go to a place that wants to work on my car.

Appointments mean nothing at this place, they will lie to you and waste your day for something as simple as an oil change. I couldn’t imagine if you actually needed a repair or something a little more time consuming. I was honestly worried even if they did say they completed my oil change that they would just top it off and not change the oil bc of how this guy made me feel when dropping the car off. 0 stars, never going there again.

Tried to get my tire put on 4 times. Every time I called they had no appointments available. Rude staff that makes up their own rules. Called corporate on them twice, they still continue to turn down business!!
