Outstanding service from Jen at Cheshire Oaks over the past few months while we tried to sort a faulty strap on my treasured Armani watch. Jen was so helpful, keeping in touch, sending images of alternative straps for me to consider. We went to the store today and settled on a new one which she fitted while I waited. It’s refreshing to receive such friendly, helpful service these days, and I felt that Jen had gone the extra mile to resolve what was becoming a drawn out situation. Thank you Jen! 😀

Popped into shop to ask for a couple of links to be taken out of boyfriends watch. Even tho we didn't buy the watch from there Marcus was quick to offer to take the links out for us. We offered to pay to which he kindly refused. Lovely kind friendly service. Thanks again Marcus😊

We browsed this evening at the Cheshire Oakes store and we were given brilliant service by the young gentleman working this evening. He answered our questions and was generous with his time. I was shopping for a watch for my son, which I didn't buy in the end. But nothing was too much trouble. When we do decide on a watch to buy we will defo come back to this store. Excellent service.

Had a fabulous shopping experience here today. Very helpful and patient staff, especially Chloe, with her outstanding customer service. My husband and I decided to 'pop in' shortly before closing time to have a quick look, but ended up buying a watch each. I was surprised when they offered to adjust the watches to our size, as they were about to close. Not at any point did we feel rushed, obliged to buy or rushed out of the door.
The entire Sunday team are a credit to Watch Station. We will definitely be back again. Thank you. x

I visited this store today and was very impressed with the presentation of the store but in particular how warm and friendly Oscar was. He pointed out several watches to me which were of interest and pointed me in the right direction. I have come into this store twice in the last few months, once to buy a gift for my husband and once to buy a gift for my father. Not only does this store have a brilliant stock of watches, but their incredible sales assistant Nadine is second to none! She helped me find the perfect gift (at the perfect prices point) on both occasions in less than 30 minutes. I've bought about 5 watches from here within the last 12 months. Love the shop! The deals are fantastic. The staff are so lovely and helpful. Abbie and a handsome gent was on tonight.
