Hannah was so helpful with picking out the wedding dress! We showed some inspo pictures and she helped us find one that my gorgeous friend was glowing in! She bought the gorgeous dress and veil on the spot! We are so lucky to have this store in Fresno! Thank you again!

I was super nervous dress shopping, and this was my first dress store that I was going to. I had been dreading going dress shopping this whole time and I really had no idea what I wanted. I didn't know if I wanted a tight fit a loosely fit dress or what style. The associate Anna worked with me gave me different options of what I showed her off of Pinterest made me super comfortable trying on Dresses. She gave me the dresses stepped out, let me get dressed then came back in to close the back. After about 4 dresses, I hadn't found the one, She asked me what I was looking for. I described the dress that I thought would look nice with my body type. Anna wasn't pushy. She was super calm. Which helped me feel calm and she was very very nice. She picked up the perfect dress and when I put it on, we all knew it was the one. The associates are really good about not giving their opinions on you in The dresses. When they saw the look on my face and how excited I was, they all agreed that it was the perfect dress. I really appreciate it. Anna feel comfortable her presence, The way she listened to me and my vision And most importantly, the way she didn't give her own opinions and let me decide for myself that it Was the dress for me. When she rang me up, I thought I was going to be over budget But we were actually $100 under budget so this was an all-around win! Everybody in the store is kind, helpful and make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend!

I found the perfect dress right away. Claire was amazing and the first dress I tried on was the one! Great prices for the quality of dresses they have. Great customer service, beautiful dresses and environment. I had fun trying on all their dresses, they had a great selection. The experience ended with “the walk” which was a great touch.

I had an amazing experience at What’s up Europe Couture! Ani was GREAT! She made me feel beautiful in every dress I tried on. She had me “walk down the aisle” in the store to the song I’m walking down the aisle to at my wedding. It made me feel like a real bride for the first time. Even when I couldn’t commit 100% to a dress she asked me some questions for me to think about to help me make my decision. I am more than happy with my experience here! Beautiful just a beautiful shop with unique wedding dresses. My friend is getting married, and we went to elegant bridal on Shaw/Fresno, and the customer service we received there was not that great. My friend had already lined up three shops to visit. We came to this one, she tried on her first dress, and we were sold. But it didn’t end there we found another beautiful, detailed dress that just was so different it was like it was made for her. The lady that helped us was so kind, patient. I would highly recommend this bridal shop in Riverpark. Across from Ruth Chris restaurant.

Overall great experience. I originally had a certain type of dress in mind when I shopped around - which the associate helped me find quickly. Additionally, the associate suggested other styles in order to broaden my options. I'm glad she encouraged it because I ended up with my dream dress. I never would have picked it out myself. She was very attentive and asked me lots of questions to help narrow it down.

Overall quality of dresses: very elegant and premium. They may have discounted options depending on when you go. There is a wide variety of prices to choose from.

Customer Service: the associates here were extremely kind and helpful through the entire process - If you're overwhelmed about where to even begin shopping for wedding dresses, I highly recommend putting this place on your list!
